  1. But why would anyone say he is worth that?
  2. Why would Edmunds be paid as the top linebacker in the league? He and his agent would not be expecting that kind of money.
  3. Singletary is our best running back, in my opinion.
  4. Don't coaches get called by their first name all the time?
  5. It's also a duplicate thread of one that got locked.
  6. Oh man, we sure don't like his opinion. Ban him! Cut him! Delete his Twitter! Rabble, rabble, rabble!
  7. Sounds like he is following the protocol. That's great news. He is getting tested daily.
  8. Yeah, I know it's not effective, but Ben is going to get rid of the ball if he thinks he will get hit, regardless of effectiveness. He isn't the Big Ben of 2010 anymore where he can make throws with defenders hanging on him, or shrugging off defenders to extend the play.
  9. Ben throws the ball in like 1 second these days. Doesn't always get much out of it, but he isn't going to take a beating. He'd rather lose than get hit a bunch of times. Can't call him "Big Ben" anymore? Should it be "Skinny Ben"?
  10. Those are some rose colored glasses. 10 or 11 wins? I don't see that. Maybe 8 or 9.
  11. I just watch it for a completely different reason. I want to see the new additions in action and I want to see how depth players are developing.
  12. I think this topic has been discussed to death.
  13. Won't stop them from trying and making those claims.
  14. So we are sure he was not on the injury report?
  15. My hope is a defensive lineman. Ed Oliver would be great. Or one of the young edge rushers. But I'll guess Devin Singletary.
  16. I'm glad Ray didn't come through. That wouldn't have been good.
  17. They are basically the same except Knox has an up side. I really don't understand the point. Do you think good teams don't have average players? Are they supposed to be all pro bowlers? Average players are depth on good teams. His numbers are not impressive. He's not a starter. The only reason people are excited is because he went to school with Allen and people are sick of Knox. Again, I'm not saying Knox is great. He hasn't been great. His numbers are also unimpressive. Ideally, I'd like a better TE than both of them.
  18. I don't think it is interesting, actually. He is a depth TE. Average TE's are good to have on your team. Better than bad TE's.
  19. Agreed. Man I hate it when people bring up CTE anytime a player does something wrong.
  20. He isn't above average in receiving production. Anything else is just guesswork.
  21. That is true, for sure, but we don't have anyone who can consistently produce sacks on the defensive line. And I trust McDermott to scrounge together an effective secondary. That's kind of his specialty. But a good 2nd CB would be nice. I just wouldn't want two of the highest paid corners in the league to achieve that, especially if we have to give up a 1st round pick for that.
  22. And I don't think that's a given, personally. Yeah, if you want to split hairs with certain metrics, but they have been very similar the past couple of years in actual production. I don't think Knox is a great TE, I just don't think Hollister is an upgrade.
  23. Yeah, if we go for a difference maker I would not target an area of strength on the team. We have our elite corner. Go for something we don't have, like an elite pass rusher, or an elite TE.
  24. Hopefully the Bills are in "win all the time" mode and not in "win now" mode. There's no reason the window for this team cannot remain wide open.
