Does this Pats fan make sense? 🤔 I HATE to admit I agree with him.
MJS replied to StHustle's topic in The Stadium Wall
What are you rambling about? Seems like the Patriots are still in your head. -
Go look at any other coach ranking and McDermott will be among the top coaches. You McDermott haters are getting more and more lonely, and your arguments are getting more and more flimsy.
-
A tier is "one of two or more rows, levels, or ranks arranged one above another." Imagine that there are multiple tiers of coaches in the league, then imagine that there is a top tier of coaches. Then imagine that McDermott is in that top tier. That's what I mean.
-
Get over it. McDermott is a top tier coach in this league. If you choose to condemn him for 13 seconds and ignore the rest of what he has accomplished, that is on you.
-
Funny, because McDermott took a below average roster, including a poor QB, to the playoffs in his first year as a head coach.

Oh, you see it at the youngest levels for sure. A lot of parents are not letting their kids play football anymore. But it THE sport in the US, so even if you cut the number of kids who play in half, you still have a pretty big number. I played football in high school, but I've thought long and hard if I want my son to play. I've decided if he really wants to, he can, but I will spend as much money as possible on his helmet and any other protective equipment he needs, and really school him up on how to protect himself on a football field.

Von Miller wanted to go to the Cowboys prior to signing with Bills
MJS replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agree. How many years do we have to hear about them underperforming? Sooner or later people will realize that they are simply an above average team. They don't underperform. They perform exactly to their level of talent and coaching. -
Poll: Does Ryan Fitzpatrick Belong on the Bills Wall of Fame?

His overall career is that of a mediocre QB. Not even close. -
Poll: Does Ryan Fitzpatrick Belong on the Bills Wall of Fame?
MJS replied to Nextmanup's topic in The Stadium Wall
Well I don't think Fred Jackson deserves the wall either, honestly. I can get on board with Kyle Williams because he was actually an elite player in the NFL and went to 6 pro bowls and was 2nd team All Pro once. Jackson was an above average player on a bad team. But he was nothing special. Love him as a leader and a person, though. -
He must have only been thinking of sliding, because I don't see any slide there.

A backup QB? This is a joke, right? -
I'm comfortable with the depth (once everyone gets healthy), but I think Saffold is a question mark given his age. Definately want a replacement for him soon. Ike and Ford are good depth, but you don't want them starting. Bates, I guess, is somewhat of a question mark too, but I have a lot of confidence in him. I think the oline should be better this year, but it is a position group that will need to be added to in future seasons for sure.

Maybe that's why we drafted two linebackers.

I bet he is a 95. That seems about right.

Report: Jerry Jeudy arrested UPDATE: Charges Dropped
MJS replied to Big Blitz's topic in The Stadium Wall
"Jeudy was accused by his girlfriend — and mother of his child — of locking items, including a wallet, car seat and baby formula, in his car because she took one of his cell phones and would not give it back." How was this ever considered domestic violence? You would think actual violence would have to be a part of the situation. -
USFL overtime: Three rounds of 2pt conversions
MJS replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall
Sounds disgusting. I would absolutely hate this. -
They've been a joke for awhile now.
-
Jackson is made for Madden. He was, even before the big rating boosts. He has to be absolutely overpowered now.
-
I'm guessing nobody. Haven't even heard of Justin Hurts.
-
Jalen Hurts too high. Kyler Murray too high. Honestly, probably Tom Brady is too high too, but I get it.
-
Surprised the ceilings are so low. You'd think they would have vaulted them.

Dwayne Haskins killed [Edit: struck by vehicle]
MJS replied to FireChans's topic in The Stadium Wall
Good for you. I'm truly glad you aren't putting innocent people or yourself at risk anymore. You totally deserved to be locked up when you were doing that. Now that you aren't doing that, you don't. I have no sympathy for people who drink and drive and no patience for those who normalize it. I have friends who are dead because of people like you used to be. And if you have a problem with that, I really don't care. -
Shady puts Bienemy on blast as to why he never gets hired as a Head Coach
MJS replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall
Usually players say things because they are asked about it or it relates to the topic they are talking about. As for Bienemy, I have also heard he interviews very poorly, and I read an article awhile ago that painted him in a pretty poor light as far as his impact on the team and friction he has caused. I also find it strange that Reid has been so vocal about him leaving for a HC gig, like he almost wants to be rid of him or something. But that could all be hearsay. I don't know too much about it. I have no reason to believe that McCoy isn't speaking truthfully, though. -
Article - Von Miller already making his presence felt
MJS replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
It actually wasn't in the article, but you can see Miller giving Rousseau advice in the OTA video released. Rousseau towers over him. Here's the link: https://youtu.be/ABtkUELBddA
