So why do you watch if you believe it is impossible?
-
Many Bills fans are just frustrated right now and overly critical of every facet of the team, and pointing fingers in just about every direction. It will calm down.
-
Uh... A lot, actually.

He'd still be riding the bench. It's better for him to go to a team that can give him some playing time. Yeah, they are going to be trying to bring in a bunch of WR talent. Hodgins might not even make the team, when all is said and done.

Oliver is a good player. He is not elite, though, which is what we were all hoping he would be.

Matt Araiza, The Punt God, Signs With Team in Mexico

Martin was excellent. It would be a real shame if he walked. -

We'll see what happens with his legal stuff. We have a good punter now, luckily, so if he gets another shot in the NFL is will probably be with a different team. -
It's La Canfora. He throws stuff at the wall every off-season. There's no point of even entertaining what he "reports".

Hodgins or Gabe? Who will have the better career? (Poll)
MJS replied to K D's topic in The Stadium Wall
Really he had one good regular season game and one good playoff game. All his other games were ok. Gabe Davis has done way, WAY more. Apparently 300 yards and 4 TD's is a breakout year... I have nothing against Hodgins, but clearly he thrived because he went to a team with little to no talent. This is similar to Robert Foster who had a big year with the Bills because he was the only person to throw the ball to. Then he did nothing. Not to mention Hodgins's lack of availability due to injury so far in his career. -

Let's look at their careers so far: Gabe Davis: 1,984 yards, 20 TD's (55.7 yards per game in 2022) Isaiah Hodgins: 392 yards, 4 TD's (35.6 yards per game in 2022) Hodgins won't even be starting for the giants next year because they are going to upgrade at receiver. Hodgins had one really good game last year where he had 89 yards and a TD. The rest were ok. Davis had 3 games as good or better than that, including a game with 171 yards and 2 TD's. (Both of them had 1 good playoff game too). -
What's the point of a mock draft before free agency?

Quote from Josh highlighting the Bills' flawed thinking...

Really? Because the Chiefs copied plays from the Bills and used them in the superbowl. The Chiefs are absolutely looking to other good teams to see what they can learn and how they can compete. -
Why are you threatened by people saying nice things about Hurts? It literally has nothing to do with Allen. Both of them can be good QB's. I know I was impressed by him. He is definitely on an upward trajectory. Since he's in the NFC, it really doesn't affect the Bills at all.
-
They were hoping for the free draft picks if someone hires him.

There has been lots of smoke for years about there being turmoil in KC and Bieniemy is not well liked by the players and other coaches. He has also been interviewed many times for a HC position, and the rumors are that he interviews terribly. Where there is smoke, there is fire. There is something about him that is blocking him from getting more opportunities. I don't think he will ever be a head coach.

Why a new thread to say the exact same thing everyone else says? There are literally dozens of threads a out the same exact thing.
-
That's true. That's why every halftime show sucks.
-
I agree, which is why I said they shouldn't have called it. But some fans are claiming the hold didn't happen and when they see it did, they claim it didn't affect anything (even though it clearly did). The level of outrage is ridiculous. You know what really lost the Eagles the game? Hurts fumbling and spotting the Chiefs 7 free points. Or how about getting zero pressure on Mahomes the entire game, with a historic sack defense?
-
It was a ticky tack call. It did affect the route, though. The initial hold does impede the receiver somewhat. I'm not sure why you and others don't want to admit that. It's obvious when you watch the play. I think they shouldn't have called it, but there were technically still grounds to call it, including an obvious jersey tug.

It clearly stopped his momentum.
