The point is, you snap it at 15 seconds in a no-huddle, thus not allowing the defense to do this.

Go on the record: The concern-o-meter!
CLTbills replied to Pine Barrens Mafia's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is where I'm at. Concern is fairly low though - maybe a 3. Beat Dallas this week and the concern goes to zero. -
Why I like the Bills having a short week against the Boys
CLTbills replied to BisonMan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Something else I thought of last night... It may mean absolutely nothing. But I saw a quote from Coach McDermott that said, basically "I'm going to get a bite to eat and change clothes and get to work on Dallas". Conveniently, the Bills were at home in an early time slot yesterday, where the coaching staff could literally go down to their offices after the postgame press conferences and get to work with it being a short week. Dallas had to play on the road, in the later time slot. Which means that after their 4 hour flight back home, it was probably 2:00 am. Bills coaching staff already had a head start on them. Again, it could mean absolutely nothing. But i feel like every minute counts in these short weeks. -
Still worried about the Bills' offense?
CLTbills replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'll say this. They are definitely peaking at the right time... just in time for this final push toward the postseason. -
Predict the Bills record in the last three tough games
CLTbills replied to Kelly the Dog's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Dallas actually has an overall losing record on Thanksgiving. I think we win this one. That makes me breathe a little easier looking down the stretch EDIT: I take that back - I heard that stat but didn't fact check it until after. They have an overall winning record on Thanksgiving, but are 3-5 under Jason Garrett on Thanksgiving. That may have been the stat I heard. -
How did you feel waking up this morning?
CLTbills replied to Royale with Cheese's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Hell yes. I missed the first game there, but if they played a playoff game there, I'd be there in a second! -
A Few Thoughts about the Broncos Game, in no particular order
CLTbills replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree here. Obviously, picks are never good, but this wasn't the "terrible decison" or "hero ball" pick he was throwing early in the year. The one he threw yesterday isn't the kind of pick that makes you just pull your hair out and scream. -
Any Updates on the Foster Injury?
CLTbills replied to TakeYouToTasker's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Haha. Just stating the obvious. I hate to see a guy get hurt, but it doesn't exactly mean that our season is over that Robert Foster got hurt. Not necessarily thread-worthy. -
Any Updates on the Foster Injury?
CLTbills replied to TakeYouToTasker's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It didn't look good. I don't want this to sound callous but he literally has three touches the entire year so I don't believe it's a huge loss in production... -
Offensive line starting to come around
CLTbills replied to John from Riverside's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Held up great against a good pass rush. Von Miller was a non-factor. -
Bills 20, Broncos 3 Game Balls!!
CLTbills replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Agreed. There isn’t a guy on the squad that doesn’t deserve one. Total team effort and utter domination. -
Jerry Sullivan on our podcast: Anecdote about McDermott
CLTbills replied to gomper's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It's also just a pretty huge amount of hyperbole there. I think there are much more realistic comparisons you could make than that. -
Jerry Sullivan on our podcast: Anecdote about McDermott
CLTbills replied to gomper's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Ol' Uncle Jerry is really off his rocker. I'm not debating whether what he said is true or not. I wasn't there (and apparently, according to his own words, neither was he)... but the "East Germany" and "Stasi" comments are WAY out of line. -
Patriots OR Cowboys this Sunday.
CLTbills replied to CowgirlsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If the Cowboys win, we again control our own destiny. -
How cold will it be in upper bowl on Sunday

Bahahaha. I literally laughed out loud. You win the internet today! -
Ty Nsekhe injury - Updated to “day to day”
CLTbills replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
And this one was just a freak thing. A guy getting rolled up on. You're right though. Think 10 years ago. Seemed like every week someone was going to IR. Literally the only player we've put on IR since the start of camp has been Harrison Phillips and Waddle. -
Ty Nsekhe injury - Updated to “day to day”
CLTbills replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Calling BS on the whole "week to week" thing. I have two functioning eyeballs. -
I'm not saying that I like it, just that I expect to see it.
-
This. I expect to see much more of him to help Ford on the right side with Nsekhe out. He's a good blocker, but god dang. The penalties are horrific.
-
Is performance at the RT position going to be reduced? Yes. Is it a big deal or are we "in trouble?" No. Ford is a capable player. He's not elite, but he's not Jordan Mills.

Brandt: "People are crazy to tell Josh Allen not to run"
CLTbills replied to HOUSE's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Do away with the designed runs, unless its a keeper on 3rd or 4th and 1 - there isn't a short-yardage back in the NFL better than he is at converting those - but don't discourage him from using his legs on an improv-type play. That's where he's most dangerous. -
Josh Allen named AFC Offensive Player of the Week

Atta boy. Now let's go do it again.
