  1. Can't wait to hear all those "Crazy Uncle Augie" stories.......
  2. yeah, because the NFL is going to stop a game early and piss off all of their advertisers that paid $$$$$$$$$ for the commercials.
  3. I love this Bills team.... but we're going to get beat by thirty.
  4. Same here. We are shooting for about three. My wife's family understands how important the Bills game is. We normally eat a little later but... Bills.
  5. Lock the door to the damn box and throw away the keys!
  6. The point is, you snap it at 15 seconds in a no-huddle, thus not allowing the defense to do this.
  7. This is where I'm at. Concern is fairly low though - maybe a 3. Beat Dallas this week and the concern goes to zero.
  8. Something else I thought of last night... It may mean absolutely nothing. But I saw a quote from Coach McDermott that said, basically "I'm going to get a bite to eat and change clothes and get to work on Dallas". Conveniently, the Bills were at home in an early time slot yesterday, where the coaching staff could literally go down to their offices after the postgame press conferences and get to work with it being a short week. Dallas had to play on the road, in the later time slot. Which means that after their 4 hour flight back home, it was probably 2:00 am. Bills coaching staff already had a head start on them. Again, it could mean absolutely nothing. But i feel like every minute counts in these short weeks.
  9. I'll say this. They are definitely peaking at the right time... just in time for this final push toward the postseason.
  10. Dallas actually has an overall losing record on Thanksgiving. I think we win this one. That makes me breathe a little easier looking down the stretch EDIT: I take that back - I heard that stat but didn't fact check it until after. They have an overall winning record on Thanksgiving, but are 3-5 under Jason Garrett on Thanksgiving. That may have been the stat I heard.
  11. Hell yes. I missed the first game there, but if they played a playoff game there, I'd be there in a second!
  12. I agree here. Obviously, picks are never good, but this wasn't the "terrible decison" or "hero ball" pick he was throwing early in the year. The one he threw yesterday isn't the kind of pick that makes you just pull your hair out and scream.
  13. I don't know man. I don't know that one year of great production after 3 years of mediocrity is worthy of what he's going to want to get paid.
  14. Haha. Just stating the obvious. I hate to see a guy get hurt, but it doesn't exactly mean that our season is over that Robert Foster got hurt. Not necessarily thread-worthy.
  15. It didn't look good. I don't want this to sound callous but he literally has three touches the entire year so I don't believe it's a huge loss in production...
  16. Held up great against a good pass rush. Von Miller was a non-factor.
  17. I was thinking about this last night and was going to start a thread on it. Von Miller was a non-factor yesterday. I was VERY concerned about that matchup, and I never heard Ford's name called on the TV broadcast, which for an O-lineman, is a GREAT thing.
  18. Agreed. There isn’t a guy on the squad that doesn’t deserve one. Total team effort and utter domination.
  19. It's also just a pretty huge amount of hyperbole there. I think there are much more realistic comparisons you could make than that.
  20. Ol' Uncle Jerry is really off his rocker. I'm not debating whether what he said is true or not. I wasn't there (and apparently, according to his own words, neither was he)... but the "East Germany" and "Stasi" comments are WAY out of line.
  21. I actually listened to the podcast this morning on the way to work. I like how he took a little jab at the Jets overall as an organization.
  22. If the Cowboys win, we again control our own destiny.
  23. Bahahaha. I literally laughed out loud. You win the internet today!
  24. And this one was just a freak thing. A guy getting rolled up on. You're right though. Think 10 years ago. Seemed like every week someone was going to IR. Literally the only player we've put on IR since the start of camp has been Harrison Phillips and Waddle.
