  1. I like this idea the best out of any that I've heard. Every team is on the same playing field, and those who manage their cap the best are still rewarded. There is ZERO incentive to tank, other than the fact that doing so may get you a bunch of salary cap space, dependent on how you tank. I definitely like it better than the lottery.
  2. Agreed. It's not like the NBA where one player can be the difference between being the champions and being irrelevant.
  3. The question is, "where does he play next year". He's going to play in New England. He's not leaving his Daddy, Robert Kraft. Edit: I guess the actual question at the top of the poll is different from the title of the thread.
  4. So all Leslie Frazier has to do is watch this YouTube video, and we can beat them? Book that guy a room at a Holiday Inn Express in Foxborough for December 21st!
  5. I'm shocked, I tell ya! Shocked!
  6. Per Schefter. Will post a link
  7. Honestly, I put that last one more on the receiver than Darnold, but still... He had another guy open across the middle.
  8. This is just hilarious. I think it's time to head over to Jetnation to watch them all implode....
  9. Did Allen have his best game against the Pats? No. But he was not anywhere NEAR this bad. At least Josh kept his team in the game.
  10. He must've missed where I highlighted it...
  11. It's the only stat that matters.
  12. His ability to shake it off? How so? By throwing another pick?
  13. all you need to see.
  14. I don't know how this could even be a debate.
  15. That was exactly my point. My eyes can tell me he's horrible regardless of what the garbage time padded "stats" say.
  16. I think a TON of people forget that Josh was supposedly the most "raw" QB prospect in last years draft.Had a huge upside, but probably needed the most work out of any of them. I think a majority of people expected him to sit the entire season last year...but he was forced into play after such poor play by Peterman. If it'd all gone according to plan, we'd just NOW be seeing Josh taking his first starts of his career. I think he's in a great place right now with what, 18 starts? For the guy who supposedly needed the most work to begin with? To this point, I don't think there's any doubt that he's better than Darnold and Rosen. I think he is arguably better than Baker. That one is probably still up in the air, but I lean more toward Josh there. For the guy that was expected to be behind ALL of them at this point, he's doing just fine. We all knew coming into this deal that Josh Allen was never going to come in day one and light it up. We knew he was going to be a bit of a project.
  17. officials are trying like hell to make this a game to keep fans tuned in for at least a half.
  18. Jets have gained more yards on penalties than they have on their own.
  19. well this aged well.
  20. I guess that's not technically a "passing" stat. If you look at the team stats, so far, they have -8 passing yards, for an average of -2.0 yards per pass ?
  21. Jets passing offense looking stellar here... averaging -2.0 yards per catch.
  22. As much as I really want the Patriots to lose a game to even up the AFCE standings, it needs to not be this one. The absolute worst thing in the world would be Jets fans not being able to shut up about beating the Pats.
