From my standpoint you already have an athletic tight end with bad hands, and good upside on the roster, his name is Dawson Knox. Njoku was raw and over-drafted to start, dont be the second team to give up a pick for him.

Not a fan of the guy. Sub six foot tall wideout who isn't overly fast. He was a high volume player in college, but I think a lot of that was based on the style of offense Memphis runs. I don't think he does anything great. If he is released great, bring him in for camp. Otherwise let someone else give up a pick for him.

Sammy Watkins and Captain Dareus are two of my least favorite Bills of all time. The problem with trying to get guys who give a damn is those guys want to win. The Sabres are going to have to win with the guys who give a damn already on the roster, and hope to trade guys like Hall and Eichel for other guys. Signing give a damn free agents is going to be a hard sell.

Absolutely not. You can either go 7-9 and 8-8 every year and miss the playoffs with the assets, or you can give up the assets to attempt and go 13-3 and make the playoffs. If you fail you lose the assets, but the likelihood of failing big enough to be back in the QB sweepstakes is a lot better with a young QB than it is rolling out a veteran. The worst thing you can be in the NFL is middle of the road.

I think the Allen situation was different, they knew they had to get a QB so it grossly limited the number of people they could zero in on. Now they have their franchise QB they just have to get players to make the team better, not necessarily pick for need. That said, at #30 they probably have to limit their expectations of who will be there. I love Travis Etienne, but I dont think he gets there. They most likely have to look at guys like Eric Stokes, Jayson Oweh, Terrance Marshall Jr., Kadarius Toney, Christian Baramore, and Gregory Rousseau. The 49ers trade, especially if they really went up for Mac Jones has made everything a lot more fluid.

Looked up his career earnings last night, divided by his career catches. Watkins has made 196,000 a catch in the NFL.

Nice contract. Not a big fan of the player. Feel like he is a guy that can turn it on and off depending on how he feels. Had a good postseason but I think he has underachieved since he has been in the league. Should have been much better given his natural ability.

Absolutely loved this guy coming out of Maryland. Fast and physical player. Hasn't been the same since the shoulder injury two years ago, but much better depth than trying to get guys off of the practice squad.
