Teams only get a QB of Watson's ability once every 20 years. If I cant get 3+ first round picks, plus players in return, then he can sit at home or retire. Baker's ceiling isnt limitrled by hubris, its limited by his limited physical traits. Given the same work ethic Baker can never be Josh Allen. We cant pretend to know what Baker does during the offseason. We see Josh because his QB coach is all over the media.
