Dabolls entire offense has been weird this year. One of my favorite things about his offense in the past was the ability to give different looks out of the same play setup. The jet sweep to Mckenzie had multiple variations. Now it seems like they have one look on passing downs and one on running downs. Its been very bland.

We will see. If the Bills continue to lose, and miss the playoffs, it wasnt an overreaction. If they win a majority of their games, make the playoffs, and do well, then it was. Right now them losing to a bad team is the anomaly. I'd call having emotional reactions based on anomalies an overreaction.

Bruce. OJ without a better line wouldnt help. Joe D without better running backs doesnt help enough. You add Bruce to an already stout defense and its much easier to win close games.

May be more of an indication that winning isnt as important to him as first thought. If he knew where he wanted to go, and money wasnt a factor, you're right he would be signed by now. Thinking he may be trying to squeeze the juice a bit.

Thinking back to Ford's tape at OU he had to do a lot of pulling and blocking in space. He looked like an absolute animal. That said, I dont recall a lot of him having to stay in on pass sets and deal with stunts and twists. More than likely he was a product of a rudimentary blocking scheme. At this point I am not sure why he is on the roster anymore. He has been horrendous.

Gonna be honest. I just think Cody Ford and Ike Boettger arent very good at playing guard in the NFL.

Grossly underestimating how hard it is to win a championship. Only 13 organizations have done it in the last 25 years. The Bills are setup to be in the mix for a Championship every year, and that should be the expectation.

The Bills are not missing the playoffs, and the Patriots are not winning the division. Everyone will be back on the band wagon when 2/5th of the offensive line is healthy again, Knox is back, and Cole Beasley isnt playing with beat up ribs. I sincerely hope you guys dont live your real lives like you do your Bills fandom. A little adversity and its possum time.

I dont mind they hate to use him. The Bills arent playing this year to beat the Jaguars, they arent playing this year to sneak into the playoffs. Great teams score touchdowns. I am not going to sit here and worry about the lack of Field Goals. The Bills shouldnt want to kick field goals, its a waste of long term time. Figure out how to score touchdowns.

Its a one or the other thing. If you have a good offensive line you dont need a dynamic running back. If you have a dynamic running back you probably dont need a great offensive line. But to run the ball, you need one or the other, and right now the Bills dont have either.

If a NFL Offensive Coordinator cant beat a Cover 2 Shell, he needs to be fired. That said, the Bills will figure it.

You watch other teams and see offensive players who can take a three yard pass and turn it into a 25 yard gain. Outside of Diggs, the Bills dont have that. The offense is Josh Allen or nothing, which is exactly what it was last year. They need a faster running back, and a new guard. Should have been done in the offseason. May be time to bring Antonio Williams up off the practice squad and pepper him in.

Can we talk about how a DT gets a holding call while defending a run play?

The Bills need to get healthy. That said Ford needs to go as early as Monday.

Very cool post. Use to love listening to the opposing coaches on calls with Bills media, dont seem to get that anymore. Seems like Josh is going to have to start connecting on deep passes to beat Cover 0. Always baffled by his troubles with throwig the long ball. You'd expect a guy who can throw it 80 yards in the air not to have a problem with it.
