Sorry man but you dont "get lucky" when you coach a super bowl winning football team. There have been 516 head Coaches in NFL history, and only 35 of them have won a Super Bowl. The view that he got lucky is myopic. I think many people on this board grossly underestimate what it takes to win football games, let a lone a frickin super bowl. The dude has done something that only 7% of the people who have ever had his job have ever done. Lucky? No I dont think so.

The coaching staff needs to do something to slow things down for Allen right now. Not an excuse but the offensive line is bad, he rarely has a clean pocket to step up into and I think they pressure or even the illusion of pressure is getting to him. Dorsey would be smart to get some bootlegs going and try some half field reads. Something has to give.

I think Singletary has been a good back when given the chance this year. I think they've continually tried to replace him because his ball security tends to be an issue.

To be honest when I watch Cook he doesnt look like the player they drafted him to be. He was supposed to be some sort of receiving back with explosive speed, but I feel like his burst and game speed are not even as fast as Motor's.

I dont disagree there. I honestly think bad coaching probably wasted our best shot at winning a Super Bowl last year, that team was better than this team. However, hes proven to be a good coach overall and when he is fired, as eventually they all are, he'll probably have another job waiting for him.

If when McDermott retires he has a .668 win percentage, has taken the Bills to the playoffs 11 of 13 years, has brought us a championship and makes the Hall of Fame, Ill be super happy. When did being like Tony Dungy become a bad thing? There was a post here a few weeks ago asking if Bills fans expectations were too high. I said no then. I am officially changing my mind.

You're really oversimplifying winning games in the NFL. You're also suggesting firing our current head coach, and bringing in another coach who has an almost identical career win percentage, has a lower percentage of playoff appearances vs years active, and has flamed out in the playoffs 9 out of 10 years he made it. All this despite having a top ten all time Quarterback for most of those years. Its easy to be short sighted after a loss but McDermott has been a fine coach for the BIlls.

I understand where you're coming from, but every offense, and every position is different. I do however agree, they need to get something going because the offense looks they are forcing things. To be honest, everytime the ball goes in the air lately I am waiting for a pick.

No way you trade your best offensive lineman. No way you can trade Tre, you actually lose 14 million dollars if you trade him away, it buys you no cap relief. To make space they need to restructure Tre, Josh, and Hines.

You'd have a point if Wilson hadn't already played in the system he was traded to. That said, Hines is not as good of a player. We traded for our third choice because we didnt have the salary cap space to bring CMC here, and the Saints didnt want to trade Kamara. I am not sure what anyone expected from Hines, he is just a guy.

My wife is 100% sure it has something to do with his girlfriend. She did some investigating and told me Britt hasnt posted anything on instagram since the Halloween party, despite being in her words "very active on social media." Maybe its just a coincidence but Josh hasnt played well since that bye week party. Otherwise I have no clue why he suddenly looks like a different player.

I hear ya brother. The last two weeks have been especially awful because the guy who is supposed to take us to the next level has been the guy letting us down. But as a guy a few years older than you let me give you two pieces of advice. If you ever blessed with a Son, sports, especially the Bills, will help to further shape your relationship. Its become part of my family's identity, faith, family and football. Secondly, the games use to get me very upset as well, but you gotta channel that stuff. After the Jets game I got right on my mower and swept the lawn while listening to the post game. Today, I offered to cook dinner, while listening to the post game. Find something to channel that anger because its honestly a little silly to let it ruin your entire night. Go Bills!
