Not sure if anyone touched on this yet, but the guy was on pace for the highest single season sack number for the Bills since 2016. He had the highest number of sacks for an edge rusher since McDermott took over in just 11 games. Say what you want. But for whatever reason, in a defensive scheme that seems to produce low sack numbers, especially for edge rushers, the guy was worth every penny they paid him. Please stop comparing sack numbers of players in different defenses, unless they come here and play you are comparing apples to oranges.

Theres a certain close middle quadragenarian in Tampa that thinks your comment here is a little short sighted. -
That sounds incredible. Always been pretty straightforward on mine. Prefer vegetarian. Definitely going to give your recommendations a shot though. Never thought of the brown sugar, great idea. Thank you brother!

Just an off the cuff comment to get things going. I always use black beans and kidney beans together. Because I am a brute, I tend not to measure the spices, just throw them in until it tastes right.

It just takes one revolutionary voice to step up and say "You'll need 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, and 1 can rinsed and drained kidney beans!"

Is Jamison Crowder going to return at any point?

Its a 6-12 week injury. Given the fact he is back at practice working with trainers I imagine he will be back at full practice by the end of the month. Wonder if you see the guy back for the Bengals game on 1/2? -
So essentially you get the guy for the playoffs. If he can be signed studying the playbook at the very least limited reps in practice before then fine. Otherwise you get a whole lot of nothing.

Maybe a comment on Jerry using him as a pawn in the media?

Von Miller ACL- Out for Season

Just took a look at it. Only way you can save any money is by trading him Post June 1st. Only way they can realistically save money on the contract is releasing him in 2025. For now we will have a 34 year old pass rusher coming off an ACL. -

Was wondering the same. Said he was in Dallas to have the surgery. Wondering if it was through the team or of Von's own accord. Have to wonder if it wasnt a full tear and he had the surgery anyways. -
Just reported by Coach. Had exploratory surgery and ended up being an ACL.

Love this uniform combo. Odd question, have we had the throwbacks at all this year? -
Rest easy. Was always a fun guy to listen to. Good on TV as well.

Here we are nearly 100 pages on the OBJ circus, when this is the real thing that deserves 100 pages. Shouting it from the rooftop "PAY THE MAN!" -
No such thing.

I think the issue for me is there really isnt a good comparison of what his contract should look like. He's missed 23 of the last 45 NFL games due to injury. He is 30 years old. Yet he appears to think he is worth 20million a year? Best comparison I have for him is what AJ Green is being paid in Arizona. But honestly, thats even a stretch because even AJ played a full season with Cinci before signing with Arizona. Any contract offered to him should be incredibly low base salary with incentives to bulk it up. If you were Jerry Jones and thought you may be in a bidding war for a player would you be overly positive about his abilities?
-
Id keep Vrabel anyway I could.
-
Comparing apples to oranges here. Lewis never won a playoff game. And I'd argue that he had a better QB at times with Palmer. Vrabel is 2-3 in the playoffs. Say what you want but I think his coaching is part of the reason they are competitive every year. Id take what the Titans have over the alternative they are about to find out about.
-
If he let's both Robinson and Vrabel walk the owner should get use to a lot worse than that.
-
Very very odd. When you dont have a franchise QB you win anyway you can, and the Titans have done maybe the best job at it.

I have him at 13.5 million a year. Would put him just about top five at his position. Given his play this year he is probably in the 5-6 range of players at his position. Take the Shaq Thompson salary of 13,540,000 annually adjust for the salary cap going up to 225,000,000 that puts you at 14,632,564, adjust again for playing time missed over a sample size of three years (86% games played) leaves you at 12,584,000, give him the extra million for percentage of snaps and I think 13.5 million is a good number for the guy. Tremaine is probably young enough to get two mega contracts in his time in the NFL barring injury. Hate that the Jets, Colts, and 49ers paid their ILBs 19 million plus, just absolutely stupid money.
