“… to start the season feels like a stretch” but thank goodness not a tear!! Depending on who the first 6 games are, I bet he’ll be back if 3 are in the division. They can rest him for the weak teams.
Level of play is usually associated with injuries. Was there any team more affected by injuries than the Bills the past 2 years? I would guess that teams that win the Lombardi have fewer injuries than the rest. I know I am stating the obvious: injuries can make a great team so-so. Yes we should just worry about ourselves and worry that we have fewer injuries. Law of averages should smile on us. Go Bills!
The KC QB and Coach are a problem for JA17 and McD. Since this is Masters week, it’s like Tiger was a problem/roadblock for other great golfers during his prime. Phil, Duval, Westwood, Els, Garcia, etc., would’ve won more majors with no Tiger.
Good points and I have confidence we will get better. The reality is that Cincy, KC and Philly would’ve all embarrassed us. Better to lose to Cincy which validated what we all knew: we need to improve OL, WR, and RB. We’ve got the best QB and I want to see him with a SB ring.
Hey Beane: Impress me with a blockbuster on the level of Cornelius Bennett. Don’t let me down. I’ll give you until next week. If you really wanna impress me, get er done sooner. Remember, it’s gotta be big. Call me if you’re open to suggestions and I’ll poll TBD.
Maybe Diggs has burnt some bridges in locker room. I can see him getting in guys faces about not being all in. As a leader that works sometimes in private conversations, but you can’t show guys up in front of others. If he’s done that more than a couple of times, he’s now toxic. If so, he needs to do some powerful repair work or move on. Leaders must be respectful. If he is traded it will be because he needs another new start. I hope all my conjecture is false.
