  1. After watching the the Jordan Doc, I think the move is getting premium players signed early, gets them more money much quicker. It allows the team to bring the cost down during their primes. Edmunds and Allen are the only 2 I would consider this with. For me to do that the both have all pro/ voted in pro bowl quality seasons. I think the Bills are on the come up. Get them to extend a year early. If KC could have signed Mahomes before he won a Superbowl it would have cost way less money.
  2. Tee Higgins. I think the quicker, smaller athletes win in the NFL. Those guys will get drafted first. Buffalo needs size and Higgins falls into their laps. He becomes the big slot and X in man situations.
  3. But money is finite. Edmunds is up for a renegotiate next year. Same with Allen. I think the long play is extend Edmunds and Allen early. Get them at 80 to 90 cents to the dollar vs 1.20 by waiting to the end. If Milano can add some size, and can slide to the mike in some syb packaging I would be more inclined paying him. I think Edmunds next step is being a pass rusher and moved around the formation week in and week out.
  4. 1. Allen if he makes a jump this year. 2. White is the first of the new guys to reach his potenital and needs to be rewarded. 3. Morse was a needed presence to stabilize the offense. 4. Edmunds similar to Allen, he makes a jump in play he could be a peranial defensive player of the year. 5. Diggs already paid. If he becomes the number 1 everyone expects its a no brainer. Thats it right now. I think Oliver has a possibility. Dawkins and Milano are entering contract years and im inclined to let it play out. LT is a position that is a premier position. I think this is a critical time. Building around the right guys and paying for production and leadership. I think edge defender and OT are positions that need to be invested in the next 2 years. Dawkins maybe the guy, but idk if hes top 10, 15. If hes not dont over pay.
  5. If they dont get the back they want in rd 3 would they send a 4th? Thats the question. The Jaguars offense has been abysmal for a while. Every game make them win by throwing and put 8 or 9 in the box. Fournette with a third less usage may become more efficent. Singletary, Fournette and Yeldon is as good a backfiled as any.
  6. If you trade for a back it would be Fornette. Less money, more unique style of back. Coleman is a dime a dozen one cut runner.
  7. I think many will have him as their top backs. Usually 2 to 3 backs are drafted by 54. If 2 or 3 are drafted its a high probability Taylor is one of those draft. If he is available its a no brainer. I like Buffalos position in the draft. Getting Diggs for 22 puts them in a great spot to get a first rd rated talent at 54 also.
  8. There are multiple poor defenses. Get athletes to beat the other teams athletes. Not that Edmunds is older and understand the defense and his responsabilites I would move him around more. Rush end, man on a big slot, blitz, or coverage from the mike.
  9. Lol. This is why defense as a whole in the NFL is falling behind offense. You can line him up anywhere. Create a role where you can make him the most disruptive.
  10. For Act 2. Gase alienates his top talent. Gets them traded for peanuts. After second losing season, Gase rolls the GM for lack of talent of the roster.
  11. If car dealerhips all over the country are open and figuring this out. No reason why the NFL can't in 4 months.
  12. They dont need to draft any position. With the depth of Wr and Rb. They will most likley be the highest rated players.
  13. Big Slot or X Wr with size would be a good addition to the offense.
  14. I think there are many people that have Herbert over Tua. This is one of the biggest unknowns of the draft.
  15. This was almost as fun as Le'veon Bell's Rap albulm announcing he is going to the Jets.
  16. Ok what is it. Im here. I dont know why im here. I dont want to be here.
  17. The way the roster is constructed they dont have a must draft a guy position. I think anything is on the table. From the position standppint Qb is the most unlikly but woudnt hate it. Perfect world they would like a Rd 1 rated Edge, Linebaker, Cb, or OT. Outside of Qb those are primer positions. I think more likley they will pick from RB, Wr, and Saftey. In most years I think saftey would be where they go. However, last year ended with Beane saying they need to score more points, so they go Wr or Rb. There is a high probablilty someone they liked at those position will be available. Whether its Mims, Claypool, possibly Higgins could potentialy be available. Same applies for Rb one of the top rated guys will be available. Buffalo is set up pretty well. A premier position falls or they pick the best available skill player.
  18. Singeltary is a fantastic find. Hes slippery and sneaky fast like a compacted Fred Ex. The biggest issue the offense had besides #1 wr was backup Rb. When Singeltary was not in the game the offense was very predictable and became stagnet as the year went on. Find a back that can do every Singeltary can do is huge for the offense to improve. With that being said what player will be the highest rated when Buffalo is on the clock. This year there are multiple players at both Wr and Rb who are rated higher then the players who went in the first rd last season. Imo that os where the value is going to be. There is going to be a player at Rb and Wr available at 54, who many here would have wanted if Buffalo picked at 22. With the issues at rb after Singeltary in Buffalo its likely Buffalo could get great value and fill a need if they go Rb at 54
  19. Hes a big, fast guy. Im curious where he goes. With his production, and physcial ability I could see him going in rd 1. At 54 hes a no brainer imo.
  20. I dont think either guy is worth those contracts today. Neither are at pro bowl or pro bowl alternate level yet. Those are the guys Buffalo fans adore the team traidionally over pays. The truely elite guys like Gilmore, in this case White, become too expensive and are not retained. I think Dawkins is closer to being a core player than Milano, but neither are as important or as good as White. I hope Buffalo breaks the mold. Pay White and letnthe middle of the roster players walk who want too much money. They got 2020 to see if either guy is worth it. If Milano looks like a real playmaker maybe you keep him over Dawkins.
  21. Jacobs was the only first rd back last year. Edwards Helaire is better imo. If he slips I think Buffalo would trade up for him. He is very similar to Singletray. They can bascilly switch em without missing a beat.
  22. Singletary is very good back. Buffalo needs a other good back. Whether its Edwards-Helaire, Moss, Swift, Taylor, or Dobbins. Height/weight doesnt really matter to me. Get another 3 down back and make the offense less predictable when Singletary is out of the game.
  23. Unless one takes a team freindly deal I dont see any signed this summer. White has earned top corner money. I think you pick up the 5th year option and find a time in the next year to get it done. For me neither Dawkins or Milano have earned top dollar. If they dont drop the price tag you see if they can elevate their play.
  24. Money, production, length of contract all leads to a mid round pick over a vet. Players on contract 2 and 3 are more expensive and less productive.
  25. Anything said by a Gm in April means nothing. Come draft night if someone they covet as a top 10 guys is there pick 25 to 32 I bet beane makes a call.
