I just popped over to FinHeaven for a moment to see what they're talking about. Some there are blowing their loads over Tua being a "top 10" QB, and citing his completion rate as proof of his elite status. More proof Miami fans don't actually watch the games or know what a check down is.
Great, not only is there a "yet another Pats thread" trend, now we're getting into "ok, all those threads for a second time, but directed at Pats fans". It's like being consumed by the Borg.
Just go to THEIR forum then...
Tre White.
In the sense that a large contingent of football people were pushing for Peyton Manning to win MVP the year he was out with injury and the Colts proceeded to Suck For Luck.
For what it's worth, TO holds the team record for longest reception, thrown by one of your chosen legends. Also refusing to acknowledge the drought years sounds like something a fairweather fan would do. Most of those "legends" couldn't help being on a poorly run team.
Call me crazy, but I'm usually too busy actually watching the game and talking with my friends to focus on finding things to B word about with the commentary. I usually only notice bad commentary when I check in on the forums and see people complaining.
Back when it first come out I couldn't help but notice that amongst all the claims he was vaccinated, no one was offering up info on WHEN he was vaccinated.
My friend is taking me to a game for my birthday now that borders are open. A Monday game against NE is the dream of course, but I don't think I can bring myself to drag him out to that weather (on top of the added cost). Probably going to settle for the Carolina game and hope the skies are more agreeable.
Oh please, why aren't you petitioning to outlaw the shotgun and pistol formations then? Most things are only offensive if you CHOOSE to be offended. You never cow to those people.
Screwy spot favoring Seattle on second down. Clearly a catch and fumble to lose 3 yards, ruled incomplete to give them a better chance to convert.
RIIIIIGGED.
