We are going to have to draft skill position guys, they are not going to want to come here for the most part unless we pay a premium. Load up on OL in FA as they tend to have personalities that align with Buffalo.

We need talent. Overpaying is subjective to the current market value. If you pass on everyone because of not over paying your left with nothing.

Diva players typically don't want to come here. "Blue collar" personality guys find Buffalo more welcoming to them then a Diva type player that wants glamour of the big city living/warm beach life etc... So I think its just intrinsic.

I could never justify the full retail price of an official jersey. The knock offs always got the job done for what the purpose of them is, wearing them on game days. If your goal of purchasing the jersey is to enrich the NFL and players with more money, than official retail is the way to go.

Bills just need to have a recruiting team like college. Have a video put together with former players, fans etc vouching. Send it out to all prospective agents. Just need to sell it s little more . But yes there are some diva type players that we probably would never be able to get to come here unless we are only option.

No NFL fan will think the 90s Bills were better than Tom Brady and the Patriots dynasty so it doesn't really matter

I think it's good. NFL teams are supposed to better on defense than college teams. But maybe they can come up with a different way to determine who gets the ball rather than just a coin flip

I never played high school football but I got into flag football leagues few years back. I got myself a nice pair of gloves, it's literally impossible to drop the ball if it hits your hands, which makes it even more sad how the Bills receivers dropped so many balls.
