  1. I think the main difference is elite agility and explosiveness. These guys are probably better in coverage. Also hard to nab truly elite LB outside the first half of round 1.
  2. Right, a rookie buffalo nickle basically sends Klien and Neal to the bench (eventually)
  3. Defense. A WR is the 4th guy for at least 2 more years. A RB is possible what that basically says "take a seat" to Singletary.
  4. It started with Mark Barron and that dude the Jags have, it's just been a slow evolution
  5. I think people are misinterpreting what the position would be, or I am. The consensus is a situational role player subbing in for the NC. That is what Neal and some of other Safetys did. They are 190-200 pounds and are larger than our normal Nickle corner. What this "Buffalo Nickle" is, a big former Safety (215-220 pounds, none of our current Safetys are over 200lbs) who are very fast, very strong, very physical, very agile. They are new age LBs who lack the traditional pounds, but are elite athletes. These Buffalo Backers can stay in a base defense when opponents go 3 wide, or cover these crazy TEs. This isn't a gimic situational player, but a new age defensive weapon. We could see 2 by the time Sunday rolls around.
  6. Speed of a DB but size of a LB (Dugger is 5 pounds lighter than Milano). More I think about it, more I want Dugger or Chinn at 54 to complete the defense. This isn't a "third safety" or "big nickle corner" or some mini-LB gimic, this is a new age defensive weapon that could thrive in McDs defense. Go get Dugger or Chinn!
  7. As a former BBMBer, this thread is awesome. Did the board ever crash here?
  8. Just a moron pushing an agenda. Allen put some passes on the money this year. Pro football reference counted 36 dropped passes in total. Insane. Knox had 10, Cole 5, Brown 4, Singletary 6. Just to name a few.
  9. You could make this video for every single QB in the NFL. Brady had plenty, and I mean plenty, of "bad throws" this year. He didn't have 30 dropped passes either.
  10. I read that in Buddy Nix's voice
  11. I really liked Rosen and Rudolph too Yes Ragland, that was weird I totally pulled a blank. Not a good sign when you're only 31 ?
  12. Owen Schmidt was a FB that some of us on the BBMB were obsessed with. I was pumped for Cyrus K and the LB we traded to KC whos name I foget.
  13. This year. Cole is 31 and Brown is 30. WR4 this year may be dynamic WR2 in a few seasons.
  14. Bully in the RZ too. I'd LOVE that pick, but I've learned to pay attention to what @thebandit27 says I can't help but feel we will add both a K and P, but McBeane may not believe in burning picks on those positions. Bust rate seems VERY high
  15. Doesn't laying them off open them up for unenployment?
  16. Everyone is saying FB, Kicker and Punter, but there isn't one is a 2nd round grade...
  17. What are you thinking at 54? I feel like it won't be a true BPA, but the highest rated WR or LB/SS hybrid
  18. Sounds like we've had several facetime meetings with RB Derryton Evans (3rd), LB Shaq Quarterman (5th) and QB James Morgan (4th-6th).
  19. I was friends with his wife on FB or Myspace. Super classy folks! AJ Tarpley Spoon Karlos
  20. Tiger King plot twist? CJ2K went after Carol Baskins
  21. Isn't that literally every single reporter of all time?
  22. Honestly, if they don't try and get super cute with then this actually could be pretty smooth and easy. That said, NFL will over complicate this in an effort to make max profits.
