  1. Hey man ... don't do that. Just, don't. KC outplayed the Bills. Tampa is a good team and beat the Packers. It will be a fun Super Bowl to watch. The world is not out to get you.
  2. Agreed. I think we have a good sense of this because it's shockingly similar to the Rex Ryan "build a bully" BS. Can't believe anyone bought into that from our side. Thank god we're past it.
  3. Thank you! That was my intention for this thread. Not to jump ahead or say we're guaranteed Super Bowl. It's the best way to determine who's considered "best" out of the 4 teams remaining.
  4. TB vs Buff would be a PICK. (50-50) GB vs Buff would be GB -1. (Green Bay favored by 1 point) KC would be -2.5 vs both GB and TB. (2.5 point favorites) Confirms that most people see KC as the best team in the tournament, with GB, TB, and Buff all a close #2. Thoughts? So excited for this weekend!
  5. He's a Hall of Famer. Like it or not, the guy was one of the best QB's in the league for almost two decades. Stinks that his team never went far in the post-season, but that didn't stop Dan Marino from making the Hall of Fame. Dan Marino: 61,361 Yards, 420 Passing TD's, 252 Int's Phil Rivers: 63,440 Yards, 421 Passing TD's, 209 Int's. Phil Rivers is a first ballot Hall of Famer and it's not even close.
  6. Same here. It just means they're a bandwagon front runner. I've noticed a few of those same people are now Bills fans. I take every chance I get to mention that to their friends and significant others. Gotta watch out for people who have zero loyalty!
  7. This is an interesting phenomenon I'm noticing. I have a few friends who are Pats fans. Rather than feel any type of threat from the Bills current situation, they appear to be rooting for us. Perhaps it's because so many of them are bandwagon fans and are just on to the next best thing. Perhaps it's because they're not used to the Bills actually being good and they're in denial. Perhaps they're simply in denial. Either way, it will be fun to watch them slowly realize that their time is over 😃
  8. 1. Tyreek Hill is not the Chiefs Man Of The Year. 2. Yes, he has allegedly committed two crimes. One in 2014 before he was drafted and one in 2019. 3. The Chiefs actually run a great organization. The fans are great and they keep their players in check. If you remember, when they had Kareem Hunt (a budding superstar on a rookie contract) and he kicked a woman, they cut him immediately. If this thread is about Tyreek Hill, fine. However, I feel like you're trying to make this about the Chiefs organization. Are the Bills a terrible organization because they did literally nothing when LeSean McCoy kept getting in trouble? Lets make this week about enjoying the hype and not stirring up reasons to "hate" the other team.
  9. Instead of wasting another high pick on running back, we could get a pretty decent, proven one in free agency. I'm guessing it would cost maybe $5M and we would know what we're getting. Options: Chris Carson Kenyan Drake Todd Gurley Carlos Hyde Marlon Mack Phillip Lindsay Save the first round pick for a CB, DE, or someone else who isn't a dime a dozen.
  10. I have a reliable source inside the Bills organization that says Josh Allen looks good in shorts.
  11. I'm on page 3 of this thread and nobody has pointed out yet that the OP thinks his name is John Allen.
  12. Am I the only person that isn’t worried about this guy... like at all? Can’t coach offense and his defense was LOADED with talent, so of course it was good. When guys got hurt they got blown out by Andy Dalton.
  13. Anyone else thinking potential Daboll replacement if it god forbit comes to that?
  14. The highest paid Kicker in the league makes $5MM per year. The highest paid player at any other position makes 4+ times that amount. It's shocking that people actually think Kicker is the second most important position. The money doesn't lie.
  15. If you want to see our defensive game plan, just watch the Cardinals game from this year. Much more accurate that a totally different team with totally different players.
  16. It's insane to think the Texans would trade him. In what world do you trade your young, all-pro QB in his prime? There's no price for that. All because he was slightly upset with the GM hire? Get out of here.
  17. Interesting that we're saying this now, as he was primarily a power-size combo guy in college. Most people said he would be a bull rush technician, but now he's a speed guy. If he can put it all together, man.
  18. Shocker that he jumped at the opportunity to be in a movie. The guy is a complete slimeball and I’m shocked he stayed around for so long. On a related note... crazy that we had media leaks in our front office for two decades until Ol’ Russ left. 🤔
  19. Here’s the reason we don’t want to play the Ravens: 1. They have playmakers on offense and defense and could turn in enough big plays to beat ANY team. That’s it. Of course the Bills are better. However, the Ravens have a ton of talent and could pop to beat any team. Nobody should fear them, but let’s be realistic.
  20. I only see two options: 1) Keep Knox as the primary TE and develop him. He has 2 years left on his cheap rookie deal. Use the money elsewhere... he's good enough. 2) Sign Zach Ertz. I'm almost certain the Eagles will use their out-clause on him because they have Goedert and Ertz isn't worth $12.5M/yr to them. He has a TON of talent. He's 6'5 250 with 4.7 speed. Most importantly, he's coming off a down year because the Eagles don't know how to use him. I firmly believe Josh would turn him into a perennial all-pro. Drafting a TE is a bad idea. We already have young talent. Signing any other TE is a bad idea because they wouldn't be a good enough upgrade over Knox to justify the expense. Either go cheap with Knox or go expensive and lock in a game changing reclamation project, which we know Beane loves.
  21. Am I the only person that thinks he will almost certainly be back? He walked off the field under his own power and seemed fine. The "week to week" thing is just McDermott hedging and not giving opponents any more information than they need. I doubt he would miss the opportunity to play unless he's seriously hurt.
  22. The problem is with his brain, not his shoulder. All season we've seen him take bad angles on runs and miss open field tackles. He's a tremendous athlete but not a great football player. My ideal situation is trading him to a team that likes his "upside" next year and replacing him immediately.
  23. Interesting idea, but wrong guy. Mel Kiper Jr. is a TV personality... nothing more, nothing less. There are dozens of legitimate talent evaluators I would pick before him, who have some fame. Chris Simms is the guy who comes to mind. He said “Buffalo is going to build a statue for Josh Allen some day” ... do you remember that? He wasn’t just high on Allen, he was banging the drum. When everybody else jumped off the bandwagon, he stayed on as well. Not sure if I would take him in the front office, but at least he was an NFL QB and took a hard stance on Allen.
