Oh yeah? Well on my scale, the patented Ween-o-Matic 5200 (upgrade over the 4900 model) it says that the Bills have a score of 646.29 wieners. This makes them the greatest roster in the league and it makes the guy who wrote the first scale a big ol' dumb dumb.

I'm not one to sit here on an internet forum and respond to this with "Excuses!" like I know what the heck I'm talking about. Sit there with disdain and anger because your favorite team didn't do what you wanted them to do. Some of the reactions and comments from some people on this board have been absolutely repugnant and just absurd. I can't stand that s#it. I said it in a different thread. They just picked the worst time to have their worst game. They're human beings and I don't blame them. I get no joy out of trying to figure out who's most to blame for their performance. I guess I just really can't stand some of the crap people wanna dump on this team. It is far and away one of the finest eras of Buffalo Bills football in their entire history and some of you sit back, arms folded, seething as you watch them. I've never understood the angry fan. Some of y'all act like they've gone 2-14 (or 2-15, whichever) every year in the McDermott Era and also each player and coach has personally come thru to slap your mammy in the face. I don't necessarily agree with everything they do but I'm not gonna get all wrapped up in it. Stuff happens. They had a bad game. It's pretty clear now that they had all pretty much ran out of gas. I mean, it was a rough season. A psychopath shot up a grocery store before the season. They lose a team leader in Hyde in Week Two. Tre White struggles all year to get back and when he returns, he's rusty and a third of this board is ready to not only cut him but ensure he never, ever plays ball again in his life. A frickin' blizzard cost them a home game. The monster free agent they brought was awesome until Ford Field went and bit his dang kneecaps off. Josh's elbow got bent the wrong frickin' way and they clearly had to adjust the offense much more than I think we know. Oh, also, a guy frickin' DIED on the field. Those dudes had to sit there helplessly as one of their brothers lay dead on the field with none of them knowing if he was gonna survive. Obviously we're all thankful that he did. Yeah..."excuses." I understand that that's what it is in a factual sense. It just seems so disingenuous and cruel to know what this team went thru this season and brush it off like you're some hoity-toity retired All Pro who knows something and just shrugs and goes, "Mehh...excuses! Now fire everyone and listen to me on how to build a championship team. I've already done it 27 times on the internets and in Madden so get the heck out of what is now *my* office, Mr. Beane, and let me, Two Bills Drive Forum All-Star, to get the real work done." Ugh.

I think...and I'm not sure here... But I think what they do is, is they find guys that play defensive tackle and they go hey, you wanna play for da Bills? And then they play da game and tackle da guy. It's pretty simple.

Haven't had much time to read thru the prospects but I'd be fine with that Jack Campbell fella. Not the athletic freak Tremaine is but his instincts are said to be off the chart. He and Milano could make a heck of a duo.

Cook, Hines, Harris, I'm good with that. I bet they still draft one...before, I said it'd be no later than fourth round but with this signing I'll say no later than sixth.

Good luck to him. I'm a fan. He's not the biggest dude or the fastest but he had a knack for finding a crease and his contact balance is pretty top level of you ask me, one of his best traits. I'm certain they're looking to the draft to round out their backfield for this season. I'd say the Beane Man picks a RB no later than round four.

I like McKenzie, seems like a good dude. Just too inconsistent out there. One week he could go 10 grabs for 120 yards and two touchdowns then follow up with 2 catches for 11 yards with 3 drops, a fumble, and a 12 yard loss on a jet sweep or something. I can't wait until he has a good game with whatever team he lands on. Half this board gonna be squealin' about it like they do with Isaiah frickin' Hodgins.

Yup. I used to get pretty wrapped up in all of it. But it was like a switch got flipped at some point and it became, "I'mma just sit back and let these guys do their thing." I don't agree with everything they do. But when they make a decision I don't care for it doesn't prompt me to run to the internet and scream about it. Either it works or it doesn't, right? No use getting bent out of shape. And that hasn't taken away any of my excitement or emotions on game days. I still get super hyped up and want them to do well. I get bummed when they lose but I don't allow myself to dwell on it. Maybe stomp around and fire off some fun colorful cuss words and then find something to do to get over it. It's been rough on this board since the divisional round loss. That game sucked, for sure. I don't think it warranted a lot of responses from some folks on this forum. IMO, they're human beings who simply ran out of gas after a really grueling season. Is that on them? Is that on the coaches? I don't really care, I don't hold it against them. But some people will spend hours typing up pie charts and graphs and give you a thesis on why #00 is absolute dog poop and why McDermott is a bigger piece of dog poop for clapping too much and Beane is useless and doesn't draft well or sign good players. They've only built a consistent contender after 17 seasons of spinning their tires in the mud. It's one of the best eras of Buffalo Bills football in their history and some people truly think they're being cheated because the Bills didn't give them the Super Bowl title they "deserve" because they've been a fan since 1964 and blah blah blah. It's just easier to enjoy when you're not so hyped up one way or the other.
