Spotting the ball in the NFL is about as accurate as an MLB strike zone. We always seem to get screwed by a yard or so. Someday technology will fix that like the soon to be digital strike zone. Someone might want to re-train these refs. It's where the ball is when the knee hits. They're marking it at the knee spot.
We just gotta clean up outside contain. Make Fields a pocket passer. Hall is not Henry but I'd like to see more 4-3 until we figure out our safety issues.
If Keon develops into the WR1 that he showed glimpses of last night and Dalton plays like a 1st round TE, we will officially have a deep room of pass catchers.
I'm willing to be a little vulnerable on deep throws if it means shoring up the run D. Go get Peppers and rotate Poyer on some snaps with Rapp. Bishop is still a huge work in progress. I don't wanna see Hamlin touch the field unless there's an injury.
Honestly, I didn't see anything remarkable fron Sanders or Walker. Solomon got caught in the wash some. Ed was a monster. Joey had a good (not great) night. We've had games where we contained Henry. Last night wasn't one of them.
Exactly, sometimes early in a game we're so damm conservative with JA. Let him eat and don't be afraid of opening it up. Too many predictable runs for Cook tonight.
Prater has had 5 seasons with a better fg% than any historical Bills kicker. Last year in a part time role he was 3/3 fg and 10/10 xtrp. Tonight he was 3/3 fg and 2/2 xtrp. Who knows whats going to happen later this season. But I'm happy Beane found Prater.
