By this Sunday the Bills will be 14-3 and the rest will be 8-9. I just see Tua continuing to have concussions and be out of the league in 2-3 years. The Jets will be a problem if they can find a decent FA qb to replace White. And frankly NE (Beli) have no clue what to do with anything. Defensive guys running the offense?? This is the Bills window. Now stop screwing around with all these D picks and surround your King with more talent.

Daniel Jones receives standing ovation from Giants fans
LABILLBACKER replied to Beck Water's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think Dabs knows Jones is not the long term solution but he'll enjoy this somewhat surprising playoff season. They're not signing him to a big deal. -
The line moved significantly in the last hour or two.

....he had to sleep on a hide a bed with Fuller.... -
I think alot of this discussion involves Josh getting too locked in "visually" to his 3 primary receivers of Diggs, Davis & Knox. I don't necessarily feel it's an issue of Hines or Shakir not being open. He's just gotta spread the love around a little more.

The NFL will steer games in any direction they want and there's not a damn thing we can do about it. It's happened for years and will continue long after our dirt naps.

Why don’t the Bills DB’s “chuck” receivers?

He's living rent free in alot of NFL heads. -
The Phins; from 8-3 to 8-8. An epic collapse

You mean the Tua guy with 2.5 concussions? -
I don't care as much about Morris or Gilliam as offensive weapons. But I'd sure like to see Hines and Shakir more involved.

Who do you want to avoid in the playoffs?
LABILLBACKER replied to bills6969's topic in The Stadium Wall
....with an aging Rivers at the helm....I agree with others the Jets defense concerns me and obviously having to play in KC. -
Cousins & Tua are so overrated.

How bout we win a SB where a FG doesn't factor in.

More like Boatshots....Stroud played amazing.

My bad you're right. Thought he was a redshirt So.

Quinton Johnston and Marvin Harrison Jr sure would look good in a Bills uniform.

Buffalo News analysis of Tremaine Edmunds this season
LABILLBACKER replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall
Amen and so right. Last year we had a #1 defense in multiple categories yet we allowed KC to waltz down the field in 13 seconds. Tremaine has improved this season but I'm still signing Oliver & Poyer over him. The splash plays will never come. He's a tackling machine who can cover midfield like a condor. But there's just something missing in 49's game. If he wants to stay in Buffalo for 12-13M, fine and sign me up. But beyond that I'm letting him walk and drafting his replacement. This years draft and FA assets need to emphasize the offense. -
It's pretty exciting to see the sheer volume of Bills fans throughout the country and the world. Even here in Ram/ Raider/ Charger LA you see Bills gear around like never before.

If Somehow Hyde Returns, We Win The Super Bowl
LABILLBACKER replied to Dick_Cheney's topic in The Stadium Wall
As much as we all want to hope for more reinforcements, it's not happening. Micah and Tre won't be 100% until this summer and Von may not return till November. That's the truth & reality. -
Nope....on a side note ex Bill 40 year old Jason Peter's in the game.

Do we get Jamison Crowder back this season?
LABILLBACKER replied to John from Riverside's topic in The Stadium Wall
I agree. He's hearing all the Superman, cyborg unicorn stuff and he's simply trying to do it all. And the stats reflect that as he's 90%+ the offense. He's gotta calm down and minimize the sugar rush JA. But all this doesn't discount the fact that we need a true WR2 and much better OL play. -
In all 3 concussion tackles, Tua makes little or no effort to try and keep his head up. It literally just bounces off the ground. If Josh goes down in a similar manner, you can see him try to tilt his head/ neck upward to minimize impact. Tua just goes limp and let's it bounce off the turf. He's not long for this league.

Outstanding news. Now can we put Boettger at LG? -
Do we get Jamison Crowder back this season?
LABILLBACKER replied to John from Riverside's topic in The Stadium Wall
I believe alot of the offensive struggles fall on Dorsey. He's not as innovative as Daboll and it shows. He's a rookie OC trying to navigate his way through a season with a mediocre OL. Constant pressure forces routes to breakdown quickly.
