  1. Stop with this top 5 defense nonsense. We had a top 5 defense in 20 & 21. Alot of good that did us stopping KC. Just pick a side (offense) and surround Josh with amazing olineman and weapons. Enough wasting high defensive picks on guys like Epenesa, Basham etc.
  2. I'm shocked Dorsey doesn't use more of Daboll's formations and motion. Even his routes tend to bunch up players. Stop wasting touches on McKenzie and full steam ahead with Hines & Shakir.
  3. We'll have to gameplan for Swift, Williams and Jackson. Goff doesn't scare me.
  4. I think Hines gets in. McKenzie just doesn't make plays anymore. I'm kinda over him.
  5. All prevent defense does is prevent you from winning. I hate the amount of time we're in the nickel. I hate the fact that we have 1 healthy pass rusher who gets doubled most plays.
  6. We no longer have any convoluted advantage playing in the wind & snow. We're primarily a passing team and this nonsense that Josh's arm talent gives us an edge in bad weather is laughable. Same applies to Bass.
  7. No one's given up on him but you're being naive if you don't identify his inconsistencies.
  8. I think next year Shakir takes over slot assignment. I also wouldn't be opposed to putting Hines there. McKenzie's days on this team are numbered.
  9. We attempt them, we're just poor in the development and execution.
  10. God I wish we'd give Hines all of McKenzie's touches. He's so quick.
  11. actually that last penalty was probably Kelce's 6th push off of the night. He's taken Gronk's go to move and turned it into an art form.
  12. This year injuries played the primary role in our 3 loses. But yes it does look bleak and we'll need help.
  13. Mahomes getting all the Brady calls. Handing over the torch.
  14. Mack looks like an old man running.
  15. Herbert's mobility is weak.
  16. Eventually Saleh and Bill will realize their qbs are garbage. The Jest D beat us, not their offense.
  17. I agree but when your team is in an obvious funk, sometimes you just have to grind out a W. 6 fgs is the equivalent of 3 tds. Josh is still not back yet, but today's gameplan was smart. Game balls: Milano Poyer Bass Cook/Singletary
  18. Under no circumstances can you let Roten shotgun snap ever again. He literally just rolls the ball to Josh. I agree with Bates at C, Q at Guard.
  19. Kelce pushes off on every single route. Astounding these refs let him get away with it.
  20. Today's gameplan was about taking everything that the Browns gave you. If checkdowns are open, take them. If Cleveland sucks at run D, then attack it. Don't force 4th down and take the fgs. Bass had 3 tds worth of fgs. And Josh didn't have to be Hercules. He had 0 turnovers. I'd do the same thing Thursday.
  21. .....and yet some adorably believe Edmunds is the better LB....hilarious. Matt Milano is the heart and soul of this defense and it's not even close.
  22. Unfortunately Josh has a ways to go before he gets that TB12 officiating love. It is pretty staggering to consider how close to 10-0 we could be with all the injuries. Rest and get ready for a scrappy Lions team.
  23. Agree.....we did the things today that we ignored in the first half of the season. Finally a heavy dose of running. Take the checkdowns and fgs when appropriate. Keep Josh from turnovers and having to be 90% of the offense. Hines in the return game is amazing. Let's get him more involved and wait for the injured players to return.
