You're not alone Shaw. I'm anxious, old and feeling like how many more opportunities are we going to have? Obviously we have to hurdle Mahomes & Burrow just to face the NFC. Last year's clusterF of unfortunate events can't possibly happen again? Our talent in spite of a brutal schedule will get us back in the playoffs. The problem is how healthy and especially "motivated" will these players be? It's well documented that only 7-10% of NFL players have a competitive passion. The rest are there for the bag. And it's no newsflash that we want a Lombardi more than those 90%. Guys like Josh, Stephon, Von & maybe Milano have those competitive juices. It's 100% out of our control.

This team desperately needs to get the taste of that ridiculous Cincy loss out of their mouths. It will be close and low scoring but we will win.

After 4 straight SB loses, 13 seconds and that Cincy debacle I think I'll temper my expectations some.

For 45+ years I've allowed myself to get overly stressed and anxious a couple hours before kickoff. Considering my age now at nearly 65, I'm toning down expectations and stress. As others have said I have absolutely no control in the outcome. My goal this year is to reduce GDT commentary to the bare minimum.

Honestly I was not overly impressed with Goff or Ben Johnson last night. Yes they hung on to beat the defending Champs but the play calling was a little odd. Mahomes was a little off last night which just goes to show how valuable Kelce is to that offense. When he hangs them up in a couple years, Patrick will have issues.

I couldn't agree more. I think IMHO that Kincaid will be a brilliant pick by Beane. And he could develop into a top 5 TE before our very eyes. But we will need to find Steph's replacement in the near future.

From the 1st quarter on I couldn't believe my eyes. Taylor was rising early on every single snap. Their LT wasn't. Did this guy get a "all-game coupon" for false starts from Steve Carell? And on top of that he was nearly 2 yards off the line. We know that Mahomes is the new Brady Golden boy but good Lord NFL, enforce your own rules.
