Their coaching starting with Reid is on a completely different tier than us. If fact there are several teams with better coaching.

No argument from me. Been saying it for years. Fans really choose to ignore the flaws of McD because of the good will (drought end) he brought to the community. The stupidity of these guys is mind numbing. I think McDermott would still make a very good DC but there's no salvaging Dorsey.

Josh is a HOF caliber qb who's athletically better than Kelly. He's is hardly w/o blame but for the most part he's carried this team for 5 1/2 years. The Bills organization has failed JA the most by not emphasizing the OL. What the Bills did this offseason to slightly upgrade the OL was not nearly enough. Our run game is still inconsistent and additional blockers are needed to babysit Spencer. Josh's shoulder injury was because Dion got beat. If this organization ever wants to get serious about winning a Lombardi, it's starts on the OL.

Absolutely, the defense is running better and more balanced & aggressive under Sean. Losing Tre, Matt and DQ just flat out sucks. Still not sure what version of Von we'll get later in the year.
