  1. We’ve been looking up at the rest of the East for about two solid decades.
  2. That was a Nate Peterman airmail INT
  3. Yep. I think candlestick was the other one until a few years ago.
  4. This game reminded me of that TNF game from last season. The Lions were the Bills with a better QB . Looked damn similar though.
  5. Ourselves .... we’re competing with ourselves. Better not screw it up!
  6. It’s always been that way, although I agree with you. Remember stories of people getting mugged or worse for Air Jordans or whatever? They’ve created a brand that is a “ must have” to be considered cool, and that carries weight. Maybe their numbers were slipping or they felt they were becoming less relevant. Either way, they must have felt this campaign would create buzz and make them be perceived as more cool again.
  7. They have a team and we have .... a slogan
  8. Not so fast with those Raiders. Didn’t look too bad there ....
  9. Yep, they’ve always marketed to young minorities. This move should surprise no one. They’ve defined their customer and are attempting to increase their cool factor. Being against law enforcement has always been deemed cool by some.
  10. You might be right, but I don’t think I’d bet on them succeeding. You can’t gut a roster and play with a team of backup players because you’re smarter than everyone else. It just doesn’t work that way.
  11. You two meet on “ Kaepernickmingle.com” ? Talk about propaganda ....
  12. It became “ entertainment tonight”
  13. Right. They did keep some of their talent around while adding some good players. I don’t think they got rid of everyone that was decent.
  14. I’m aware of that. It was more wishful thinking than anything. I know it’s beyond unlikely
  15. I for one question if it is possible. When they came in and started trading the best talent, I thought they were betting on themselves in an arrogant way. That they would have one if the great draft runs in history for a couple years. They dug themselves too big a hole to get out of without getting fired first.
  16. The Jets just added their QB this year. They are ahead in their rebuild because they actually kept some of their talent around, Wishful thinking, I know. The Bills needed to get a veteran to play this year and they failed.
  17. They should trade for McCown. This team is too bad for Allen to be plugged in right now. What an unmitigated disaster
  18. No he sucks. He cannot play in the league, it’s that simple.
  19. We’ll be fine! The Bills are the Lions without Stafford, Tate, and even worse coaching it seems.
  20. It’s also a key component for the other 52 guys. Seriously , even if Allen kept fighting and bounced back after that half the Bills would have imploded.
  21. I see none at this point. Was banking on a split with the Jets. That looks like a thing of the past.
  22. Oh, don’t worry. The Bills have absolutely mastered the National TV blowout embarrassment already.
  23. It’s fine to be sure, but the reason for resentment is that the rest of the Bills roster is so far from even a team like the Jets that it will be hard to judge. Darnold may be better than Allen when all is said and done, but do you not think Darnold would likely look terrible if he were playing with the Bills offense? Not Nate Peterman bad, but he’d be struggling. That’s the worst part of this. I’m more impressed with the rest of the Jets than I am with Darnold. The Bills are a joke in every area compared to them.
  24. I don’t know about that. Peterman was putrid, but there are some sorry a$$ players on that offense.
  25. I’d say OAK, that’s about it though. I don’t think anyone was nearly as incompetent as the Bills looked yesterday. Like a bad College team playing Ohio State. If a top QB gets injured, the Bills might have some competition from that team. Too bad there’s no elite QB in this draft . It would be insurance if Allen bombs
