  1. Maybe. The Bills had a lame duck GM so we know why they didn’t want to take a QB there. Well worn territory that’s been discussed to death. The Bills have Josh Allen, they don’t need a QB.
  2. Maybe they don’t . Still may have needed to make a move. That means Fact : The Bills did not want Worthy Fact : If KC makes a move , some other team gets a draft pick. It’s pretty clear the Bills didn’t want the WRs taken off the board from 28 on. If they did they just stay at 28 and turn in the card.
  3. This^^ The Bills didn’t want Worthy, that much should be obvious. Worrying about the Chiefs taking a player you didn’t value is a loser mentality.
  4. Just my opinion. KC didn’t trade Hill to Buffalo, but to our division rival. If Higgins is traded, I don’t think it would be to Buffalo - or KC.
  5. Even if the Bengals trade these players, they’re not trading them to Buffalo.
  6. I agree. The truly elite WR’s are retained. Many are good/ very good but the cost inflation at the WR position makes it more attractive to draft another one. Those cost controlled years are valuable.
  7. Most likely it’s liquid cash to cover stadium overruns.
  8. Fwiw the rule against this type of ownership was established a long time ago, when there probably weren’t any billionaire NFL owners etc . It didn’t happen in say , 1985.
  9. This ^^^ T Pegs has said all along that he doesn’t want to spend his fortune on a stadium. It may make some sense in NYC or Dallas but not in Buffalo.
  10. Right? But you know the response “there’s no evidence of any plan”…So predictable. Hilarious to see anyone taking about this “ case “ in any kind of serious terms. It’s so flimsy that 2 previous DA’s declined to pursue it. Not to mention the statute of limitations expiring. When you run on a platform of “I will find something to prosecute Trump for “ though.. what a joke. NYS is simply an embarrassment to the justice system. How about the ridiculous gag order , tainted jury pool etc ? The entire thing reeks.
  11. True. Could be selling about as projected. Cost overruns may be outpacing what the market can realistically cover.
  12. He’s bored. The proceedings are a completely political sham prosecution with a pet judge and jury. Their predetermined guilty verdict will be overturned on appeal. Alan Dershowitz said it is the weakest case he’s seen in his 60 years of experience. NYS is a complete embarrassment as usual.
  13. It’s an NFL team. He wants to keep it for obvious reasons. It makes so much money he won’t mind having a minority owner with a 25% share.
  14. Well… The NFL IS a business, no ? A business selling a disposable good (entertainment) isn’t going to make much profit selling to people with no money.
  15. Fwiw it’s being reported by at least one major news outlet that OJ had left specific instructions on what to do with his remains and his brain will not be donated for CTE research.
  16. Perhaps , but at least one juror has stated that the jury thought he was guilty but they went with the not guilty verdict to punish the LAPD for the Rodney King beating.
  17. This was a good documentary. Very well done imo
  18. While that take is more than fair, there is also nothing wrong with the take of commenting only on his football accomplishments. This is after all a Bills football fan forum, and OJ was possibly the greatest Bill ever. This is not a forum on society or the failings of humans who happen to play football. To these things, having no comment at the time of OJ’s death actually says quite a lot.
  19. I think “OJ Simpson dead at 76 “ is a better thread title than what you changed it to. Splitting hairs perhaps , but jmo.
  20. Great point. That’s another strike against him in the name of humanity.
  21. Does he get a pass ? He gets some praise and a fair amount of criticism as well.
