Articulated perfectly. I keep kind of hyping myself up, but it feels like a mirage. I just can't conceive it happening, and will be truly stunned if it does.

Favorite NFL Game Not Involving The Bills

I did want Kupp... And Zay has had stone hands in the NFL. But I'm hoping it's just rookie jitters or something...

Playoffs? Playoffs?? The Playoff Chances Thread
Heavy Kevi replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
All I can say is YUCK to this take. Playoffs are everything. Who gives two rat turds what Tyrods trade value is if we make the tourney? If you don't want Bills in the playoffs, what's the point of being a fan? -
the TT bashing is just so tiresome
Heavy Kevi replied to stuvian's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Is it bashing to point out real inabilities? The word "bashing" makes it seem like it's unwarranted. It's not. WithvTyrod, you need everything else to go perfectly or you can't win. That's why the game was over after the refs cheated for Pats... because we need to roll, have momentum, get turnovers, and stay ahead to win with Taylor. Yesterdays game needed to ebe a shootout, and we aren't capabble of that. As Romo said, this is not a team that wins 35-30, they win by 3 when they hold another team under 20 points... sometimes. -
Clear and obvious administration suggestion

They will give a **** about the outrage when people in Boston are outraged. Until and unless that happens, business as usual will continue. -
DL and LB groups are more pressing need than QB
Heavy Kevi replied to Dadonkadonk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I appreciate your point of view, but it simply is not the case. We def need a pass rusher, but nothing even comes close to how bad we need a qb. Not turning the ball over is not enough in 2017. It is that simple. Get QB.... Then you can debate cracker jacks, stadium seating, LBs or whatever else you see fit.... But it ALL starts with competent QB play, and we only get that on about 10 plays per game right now. -
If KBs TD was called incomplete by the refs, then ok I would get not overturning it. I still think it was a catch, but I would get it. What I don't get is how you overturn it, regardless of what the call was. There was no clear evidence to overturn or confirm anything. Only way it gets overturned is bias and cheating. We need to put an end to it, accept any penalties, fines, and ejections, and really lay the wood out and hurt several pats. They do it to us and get ref help, and all we need is to instill real fear. We aren't going to win as it is, so it is time to play dirty. I absolutely cannot believe we didn't target Gronk on every play. He barely got touched all game.

Bills at Patriots* - 2nd Half Thread
Heavy Kevi replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Sad but true. I'm not surprised, but exasperated about tje situation. The pats are already the best team, plus they cheat, plus the refs try to fix the game. How are you supposed to overcome that? -
Bills at Patriots* - 2nd Half Thread
Heavy Kevi replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Well, they don't want to win anymore. Taylor can't figure out how to throw it away, amd then Tolbert on 2nd amd 25.... Tolbert on this roster is self sabotage, let alone giving that steaming pile touches. -
Tyrod Taylor & Julian Edelman
Heavy Kevi replied to twoandfourteen's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Despite his passing. Exactly as I said. If he were a good passer everything would be unicorns and rainbows, since passing is the one thing he does not do well. -
Tyrod Taylor & Julian Edelman
Heavy Kevi replied to twoandfourteen's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Racist? My god. Tyrod is not a great passer. Not good actually. That is a fact. Above posts have outlined his massively underwhelming passing numbers. The top 10 scoring offense you speak of was despite his passing, not because of it. You know just as well as everyone that the 10th ranked offense was because of his legs and Shady. Tyrod's saving grace is that he doesn't turn the ball over, and obviously thats why his qbr was high. To ascribe racism to this is rediculous. Let me use your example... Name white QBs who were bad passers but were elite physical specimens with any type of athleticism that even comes close to Tyrods explosiveness or elusiveness. There are none. Tyrod has an elite physical skillset, just not the "It factor" as a QB. You excluded Tebow, but why? Everyone said he should be a TE or LB. I am not neccesarily arguing for it, but I bet Tyrod would make more impact as a WR on a team with competent QB play. -
Kelvin Benjamin: "I Want to Show I'm Not a Quitter"

Not to take anything away from your experience, but this isn't 1984 (figuratively maybe, but I digress). Medical tech and ability are so much farther along, especially for professional athletes. -
Bills do worse in 2nd matchup vs the Patriots
Heavy Kevi replied to Jerry Jabber's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
What about a 3rd matchup? Hey, it could happen. -
Watching that video reminded me of why I don't watch q&a's. Just like politics, it's all about the reporters making their name and/or just plain badgering people to get a hot take, all while pretending it's "asking the tough questions". Tre is for real though. The fact that he had Gronk so pissed that he lost his head and attacked Tre shows he was getting the best of him. Would love to see the scoreboard do the talking, but if this one gets out of hand it's bounty time.

Bills do worse in 2nd matchup vs the Patriots
Heavy Kevi replied to Jerry Jabber's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I hear you but I don't know how well KB and Tyrods style mesh. Tyrod is a "see it now throw it" qb that cannot throw with anticipation, and does not throw it unless only his player has a chance at it. KB is not a separation receiver, he is (as you infer) a big bodied "contested catch" receiver who uses his body to shield the defender from the ball, and strong hands to battle for the it. I doubt KB is going to start getting separation, and so I doubt TT starts targeting him excessively. The slants, comebacks, and deep outs are probably our best chance. -
John Murphy Scolds Bills Fans For Being "Negative"
Heavy Kevi replied to BuffaloRush's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeah. Just recently with "Zay day". Come on now, Murph... Plus, hmmm where might "Billsy" come from? Probably the host of epic, infamous, snakebitten failures and almost total lack of real success. I was 13 the last time we were in the playoffs. Damn right I'm bitter, and negative as a result. Show me the baby and I'll pull a 180° -
How should the team respond to Gronk?
Heavy Kevi replied to Magox's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is the answer. Get him frustrated, he is a very emotional player. As much as I want a player to grab a basebll bat from the sidelines and go at his knees, we need to just apply steady, constant pressure, within the whistles. Never let him get away with touching the ball without getting hit. Never let him have a clean release off the line. And put a double team on him. Give BB a taste of his own medicine and take away what they do best, and put someone in position to jump his routes. Push, pull, hit, and grab all day, clearly he hates that.
