  1. S***, Danny Dimes could have popped for two of those Hollywood type shower trailers they rent for on location movie shoots. Pikers. 🤨 * https://montondotrailer.com/mobile-shower-trailers/?utm_source=GoogleAds&utm_campaign=Montondo-Trailer&utm_term=&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAADnKv0po7_wuQQYEo0tMH_ICRbAzt&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIsej2g6bVggMVHs3CBB0eLAfyEAAYASAAEgI9f_D_BwE
  2. The old 'Trojan OC' manoeuvre. 🤔
  3. Art's Hoagie Hut (Hertel and Colvin, mid to late 70s) made dynamite hoagies and subs, until Art's passing. It was Art's solo venture after leaving Artone's in South Buffalo, which was founded by brothers Art and Tony. I do not know if the current Artone's remains in the family.
  4. Re: Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Tristan Wirfs. I thought 'wirfs' were something that Zach Wilson chased. 🤔
  5. Start awarding conditional draft picks for teams victimized by the tactic. * To the aggrieved team. An infraction in Dallas vs. Seattle does not result in New England getting the pick. 🤨
  6. Works cheap. Probably hired on in the off season to make up lunch boxes to sell to migrant workers. Fits in well with Dean Spanos.
  7. For the benefit of the board, I will remind players that answers should be from your general knowledge, not how fast one might search Google. 🙂
  8. Canada radically trimmed the Temporary Foreign Worker program? CFL couldn't take him? 🤔
  9. You better not be throwing shade at 📯🌟MJ🏈10🌟📯 * 😁
  10. "Surprise! I got us an edge rusher!"
  11. Starting to feel like Richie Cunningham's older brother Chuck. 🤔
  12. That explanation seems contrary to reading a map, but since Buddy Nix, anything is possible. 🤔
  13. I thought 'east and west' is valid movement of the ball towards the goal line. 'North and south' is C.J Spiller running 27 yards back and forth between the sidelines for a net gain (or loss) of 2. What am I missing? 🤔
  14. My mother and her sisters were very proud of their mother Mary's Austrian heritage. When I worked a construction project in the early 2000s that was overseen by an Austrian company, most of the managers (Austrian) seemed amused when we compared notes over where my grandmother was born. Turns out when Mary was born in Burgenland (Lower Austria) in 1900, that was considered Hungary. Roughly analogous to being a country bumpkin. My niece and I get a good laugh over this 'selective' ancestry. 😁
  15. Style points for correctly pointing out there is only one. 😁
  16. Jimmy Garoppolo (Kiara Mia)
  17. No, just Chargers. 😑
  18. My father had a saying: "Boy, they saw you coming", usually trotted out after he found out how much I had paid for something. He would be saying that about the NYJ.
  19. The world doesn't need anymore of that sullen mug yapping at reporters at postgame press conferences. 🤨
  20. 'The Works' burger chain, I always ordered an 'Olive Oyl' burger. South Coast Cookhouse in Crystal Beach always saw me ordering a South Coast burger, washed down with a couple of bottles of Molson Stock ale. Even after they took the South Coast off the printed menu, chef would always be able to make one. Sautéed onions over a burger; that's it. Minor Fisheries in Port Colborne always sees me ordering a 'Lake Erie Combo'. Perch and pickerel. Once something works, I rarely change.
  21. We can't even agree on types of ice cream...🤔😕
  22. To this day (at age 67), I continue to suffer PTSD from parental arguments that occurred in the 1960s over what my mother was serving to my father. He raged that the product proffered was yams, she battled back claiming that the greengrocer insisted they were sweet potatoes. Either way, they invoked a gag reflex in me. Fie on your sweet potatoes! 🤨 * And another piece of the puzzle falls into place...🤔
  23. In the old days, the nuns would have rapped your knuckles for that. 🤨 And sent you to confession! 🤨
  24. Alternately, the OP might be on something. 🤔 * 😁
