A limo service is pricey, but could be a good choice to avoid the potential problems a bus has at border crossings. I used to use Niagara Airbus to ferry me to Toronto airport from Bride the Second's house in Crystal Beach. I also used it to send her and her children to Buffalo airport. There are limo (exclusive to your hire) and small buses (usually around 8-10 others at a lesser cost). There's always the chance that other bus passengers might not have all their documents in order. Always book these services round trip, much more cost effective. They are very good about getting you where you need to be on time, but they will issue pickup times far in advance of your flight departure. I recall advising a Brit flying into Toronto to use that method to get to Buffalo, where they had reserved a room. For their stay, I advised taxi or ride share services.
