Owners approve a change to the onside kick rule
Ridgewaycynic2013 replied to Gregg's topic in The Stadium Wall
Let me guess...you're the one in a family meeting, or business meeting that after you make a suggestion, someone always says "you're not helping..." 😁 * Me too! 🤣 -
Awful. * Now, Banquet Brand frozen entrees, there was a single item that you could stuff yourself full on. Home from bar crawling, half schnabled, put in oven for an hour. Fall asleep, retrieve badly overdone entre when up in three hours for a leak. 🙁

Who? Harrison Jr., Hans, or Franz? 🤔

If you can't dazzle them with your on field talent, baffle them with the uniform bull****.

Every few years it seems there's noise from Atlanta about "yeah, this time we have our act together!" Just ignore version 1.0 (Flames) and version 2.0 (Thrashers). Only way I could give my blessings to that would be if version 3.0 was named the Rhett Butlers. 🤨

With interest peaking as the playoffs continue, please consider signing the petition to bring NHL hockey to a city so richly deserving, yet sadly ignored: ATLANTA, GEORGIA! 🙄🤣

Purdy and 49’ers extension. 5 years 265 million

In Ontario, provincial health regulations have caused most burger restaurants to not serve any burger not medium or longer prepared. I know of no such restrictions on steaks, I still see 'blue' as being a choice. They walk close to the ambience fireplace as they bring it to your table. Growing up, we were a steak once a week menu at home, but never the pricey cuts. Whenever chuck steaks (blade steaks in Canada) were on sale, Ma would stock up and freeze them. We found grilling them from frozen worked just fine.

>>> "Mr. Wilson, should I call Cottrell and charter a couple of school buses?" <<< "Let everyone walk, the exercise will do them good." 😁 Peevo's peeved? -
Fiskars is a well trusted name in limbing and trimming saws and shears. We look forward to your reports.

The kid's father: Tommy Swolb. 🤔

The second video caused me to be nostalgic for: 1. Mighty Taco song parody commercials. There was one for this Spencer Davis Group song. 2. Gabels bar, Hertel Ave. Wednesday night, 50 cent California Coolers, although it was their version of the drink. Vodka and something or other. 😁

As a further 'haw haw' to the hedge trimming follies, I was on cleanup duty as my father was clipping when the neighbour stopped to talk. This truck driver father and PE instructor neighbour were brainstorming an idea to set a gas mower on a frame of angle iron and just pushing the mower along to trim. Never mind that you now have a blade whirling at chest height, and no real provision to trim the sides of the hedge, it was a winner! 😳 No consideration given to assembly / disassembly time of the contraption, either. 🤨

Why was 'Hide the Pain Harold' at OBD? 🤔 * (He seems to have lost weight.) -
With the savings, he can buy a vise! 🙄🤨 Did you mean Hilti? 🤨

The problem with these newer manual reel mowers is they are cheaply made, and little care is placed in their manufacturing. Grass is ripped, whereas the manual reel mowers of the 50s actually sheared the grass. My father had conniptions because our mailman would toss the twine from mail bundles onto the grass, screwing up the sharpness of the reel. The air would be blue with curses when that happened. 🤬
