I think at the very least a case can be made for: DB Ronde Barber WR Henry Ellard DE Dwight Freeney LB James Harrison WR Torry Holt WR Andre Johnson CB Darrelle Revis RB Fred Taylor OT Joe Thomas LB Zach Thomas DE/LB DeMarcus Ware DT Vince Wilfork Honestly most of those feel like locks except for maybe Ellard and Taylor. Edit: other posts have convinced me on Allen and Hester

His place in the offense is not going forward, it is going sideways. I think he’s a good WR4/5 / gadget / waterbug / jet sweep guy. Agree with those who question his football IQ. Not getting out of bounds against Miami, going out of bounds and allowing Peterson to make the game-ending INT against Minnesota, and not making a cut on the 2-PT attempt against Cleveland, just off the top of my head, all displayed a want of football awareness. That said, he’s an athlete and should be able to help our offense if used in moderation and at the right times. (Is it against the rules to have him hold the ball while Allen launches him downfield?)

Have we worn any alternates this year? By that I mean the all-reds or AFL.
