  1. I wish half of us were the Browns - the defensive side.
  2. Would not mind a CB at the deadline. Al things equal, I’d almost prefer that move. If you could get Douglas or Cooper, each as he was when we traded for him, then which would you take?
  3. I like Jeudy and Shaheed, and also Olave but his injury history gives me pause.
  4. Each team should be able to run on the other. I think whoever abandons the run game as opposed to building off its success with play action will have the big disadvantage. In other words, don’t get cute. Penix has been only passing short. Do we dare him to beat us with his arm down the field? What happens when a stoppable force meets a movable object? What is this year’s equivalent of a third round pick for Rasul Douglas? Hope Hairston ends up good to go for us this year, but banking on that after Bishop was essentially a redshirt for missing just training camp seems foolish.
  5. But what are their adjusted snap counts over expected scaled back to account for inflation?
  6. Allen had 251 yards passing in the 4th quarter. Six teams had less total offensive yards.
  7. Edgar Josh Allen Poe
  8. My favorite part about this loss is two of their next three are against Eagles and Ravens
  9. Nope, they kept Latu instead No matter, we still have Ray Davis
  10. Huh, weird to me only because Sal was saying this morning don’t be surprised if they do not do this until after the game to avoid guaranteeing money. Must be a wash?
  11. 12 Team League, PPR, Snake Draft, 10th Overall QB: Nix, Darnold HB: CMC, Henderson, Swift, Big ETN, Hunt WR: BTJ, Evans, Egbuka, Tillman, Wandale TE: Njoku, Warren K: McLaughlin DST: Bucs
  12. I like the move. Our practice squad is looking good. One undisputed fact… this makes 1/3 of my jerseys relevant again!
  13. Live on Locked on Bills saying he was traded to Packers per Ian R
  14. The true missed opportunity here is not doing Zubaz design head to toe
  15. “Each participating team will wear a unique Rivalries uniform with designs rooted extensively in local community insights during a single home game against a division rival. The designs have been brought to life by pulling inspiration from the history of each market and the aspects of the community that only that team's city embodies.” https://www.nfl.com/news/nfl-nike-launch-rivalries-program-with-new-uniforms-fan-gear-inspired-by-communities I think the Wilson/Lions connection is at least part of it. Of course, it’s likely mainly weather-related.
  16. Meh. Not bad. Not great. Wish it were more about Buffalo’s history but I guess snow/ice/cold is central to it. Yes, they look like the Lions and it’s likely no accident. Per Google’s AI Overview, Ralph Wilson “was a minority owner of the Detroit Lions before founding the Buffalo Bills in the American Football League (AFL). Wilson's initial desire to own a team in the NFL was denied, leading him to join the AFL and establish the Bills. The Bills' original colors and uniforms were inspired by the Detroit Lions, as Wilson favored the blue and silver color scheme.”
  17. Would love Baker on the PS.
  18. Can he be used as a Big Nickel or is that not how he profiles?
  19. Probably Carter, Solomon, and Ingram/Strong. But even more likely is one or more of those spots are open due to injury.
  20. Hoping McDermott and Babich are going to lean into hybrid types of secondary deployment. Johnson, Ingram, Lewis, Hancock, and to a degree Bishop can each contribute in multiple roles.
  21. Hope he’s OK. Wish Jaguars didn’t sign Levi Wallace at the beginning of August.
  22. That’s too bad if true. He came along nicely in the playoffs and has had success in a Brady offense. But… the most important ability remains availability.
  23. Shakir Palmer Coleman Samuel Davis Moore Shavers Could be a lot worse. Shakir/Palmer/Coleman looks to be a solid top 3. Samuel/Davis/Moore looks to be a solid WR4-6. Shavers likely to PS unless they cut Moore. Then a bunch of targets go to Kincaid, Knox, Cook, Davis, and Johnson. I agree with those saying Davis is a good WR4/5. All depends on medicals.
