    These picks that seem so questionable at first, I think, highlight that you cannot replicate being in the room with a guy simply by reading a draft profile. Beane seems to have struck a good balance on prioritizing character, especially when it comes to the head down, trust the process, 1/11, type of mindset. It is something just doesn’t show at the Combine.
