    It has been said, but I feel deserves to be said again, what a great job limiting their WRs without Benford. I was down on him in first half but put that in the “Sean can coach” column.

    I think generally (and especially in a tough-footing snow game), our defensive coaching staff tends to send the D out there in a vanilla basic soft scheme to start, and then over the course of the game tweaks and fine tunes things, slowly tightening the clamp, so to speak. But I hear you… why not tighten the clamp from the get?!

    It’s crazy, especially with the NFL MVP at QB, that I would be equally non-shocked if we destroyed them, played them close, or got destroyed by them. Let’s just hope Willie Parker isn’t active.
