Why are defensive starters out there?

To play like we did and be up 3 at half, definitely the season to be thankful.

Taron at least makes plays and is a top slot corner in the league. The other 3 are great to have for depth but should not be starting more than a few games.

I’m as optimistic as they come, but it’s tough to say having Benford, Jackson, Hamlin, and J. Johnson see significant playing time is a good thing. We are depleted there. Lucky we have Poyer and Taron.

Our secondary is trash. Not an overreaction, this is several weeks of being owned and sometimes by bottom of the league offenses.

Wonder if the Wyoming connection will show on the field. Props to Gentry who has stayed in the league since 2017 as a UDFA.

No problem with the sneak, but (a) I think this is a situation the Davis motion doesn’t make sense as I’d rather just have the guy doing the pushing line up right behind Allen to not give away the snap timing, and (b) we should have otherwise went 4 wide to at least get some guys out of the box.

Was repeating “ok keep taking what they give you” between every play that drive, as he was doing it wonderfully albeit mostly running. I don’t know if he just can’t not play hero ball or what, but he’s gotta play with a little more head than heart going forward. Also, once again it was strange how much my brother and I had to get the crowd around us into it. I feel like fans should be yelling their heads off from opposing huddle thru the snap and often the crowd would wait to get into it until right before the snap. As much as I love Bills Mafia, this has happened unfortunately fairly regularly when we go to games.

I expect Keenum to hurdle at least one linebacker en route to a 30-40 point differential blowout. That’s whether or not Allen is good to go.

Beane can let them compete down the stretch this year and then if they both look good let Devin know he can come back at or below Hines’ numbers if he wants to stay. Assuming no dead cap for Hines.

This, as it was foretold, is a great value trade. Hines can run.

I can see him coming back at a reasonable rate. It has been shocking how many have been deemed gone only to stay here. Roll with him, Cook, and a power replacement for Moss next year.

Let James Cook. Gotta say he’s fun to watch in reality and to play as in Madden.

They’ll keep bringing him along at their pace. He seems to be getting more comfortable anyways.

I expect them to be Super Bowl Caliber and they are so it works out.
