  3. He finally made that transition into the adult entertainment industry, huh? And where’s the love for Kelly Holcomb?!
  4. Still reppin’ my faded red Moulds jersey. Really a shame he couldn’t advance further with Price and Bledsoe.
  5. IF he is cut THEN a lot of articles get written
  6. I know he’s a DE, but I think Floyd should be considered in this numbers game. Not for “MLB” or “ILB”, but I do think he ends up deployed as a hybrid 3-4 OLB type who figures to handle some coverage and OLB-like responsibilities.
  7. If he is close to his combine self (admittedly a big if), his 4.31 forty yard dash gathered a 9.91 RAS. That’s pretty fast.
  8. Fair points. Maybe it’s a light a fire under Elam tactic? I think they do really like Jackson though - he’s started 22 games the last 3 seasons. FWIW, which may be zilch, they graded about evenly per PFF.
  9. Flip side of that coin is I don’t want my coach playing a guy based on where he was drafted. If our top 3 CBs at camp end up Ja’Marcus Ingram, Cameron Dantzler, and Alex Austin, then that’s who I want on the field. Not just names for sake of names.
  10. Right, that’s why he is available Might be onto something there. More Nelson and Hogan (apt comparison w/ lax background) than Thielen but maybe I’m just used to Thielen having lost a step and winning more with his physicality lately. His 40 is more elite than his short speed drills per this RAS: https://ras.football/2019/12/20/andy-isabella-ras/?amp
  11. Worth it on his speed and athleticism alone. From his draft profile: Competitive, well-rounded receiver possessing both elite quickness and long speed to go with solid play strength. Isabella has the feet and fakes to uncover in a hallway closet, and the former high school sprint champion proved to Georgia that his ability to win deep should not be underestimated. Isabella could become a menace on option routes with the ability to add vertical routes from the slot, but he must improve his pass-catching consistency and smoothness into his breaks in order to transition all that speed to the NFL. Ceiling is a Beasley/Welker/Edelman type slot guy. Could be the slot yin to Kincaid’s yang, so to speak.
  12. Must have tried to go up against that tackling dummy with the Bills logo
  13. Apologies if this is not the place - but anyone know where to find training camp tickets? All have been claimed and cheapest resale I see are $120+ at least for Sunday. Great to see football things happening.
  14. That’s a long commercial
  15. Not at the table
  16. All you can ask for out of a signing at this time is to have high upside and he does.
  17. Probably tough to do but I’d love to find a way to incorporate Zubaz into the uniform.
  18. Assuming health is OK, I’d want him as much or maybe more than Hopkins. Route running technician.
  19. I hate Madden but still get and play it. Its lack of competition means it doesn’t have to do anything to improve. That said, Damien Harris had 929 yards and 15 TDs 2 years ago and Latavius Murray had 760 yards and 6 TDs last year. James Cook should be a couple points higher though based on skill and rookie showing (5.7 ypc) alone. All our HBs should be in the 77-82 range.
  20. Just like at the casino, you put your nickel in the slot (well maybe not anymore or an electronic nickel now). 2023-2024 New NFL ”Slot” Definition: The area between the offensive tackle and the sideline.
  21. Imagining an NFL Blitz version where once per game you’re allowed to have your coach use his special ability. McDermott could do the Hulk Clap to tackle a ball carrier from the sidelines. Tomlin would just stick his leg to trip the guy running by him.
  22. That, and probably much easier to get a Cousins and a Mariota compared with guys closer to Mahomes’ caliber.
  23. They’re making sure they can fit his contract in with Maclin’s first.
