  1. If he keeps it up, and Miller continues to flake out, we should give Dawkins a look at RG once Glenn is 100%. Most projected him at G coming in to the league anyway. I'd say it's worth a shot. The goal is to get your best five out there anyway, am I right?
  2. We should start a poll for this. Lol
  3. Lol! Very true, just thought the Bills defense was a little more dominant in that game. To consider them being "garbage" is just a little over the top.
  4. https://twitter.com/jasonrmcintyre/status/908166869168697345 No clue on how to show just the twitter pick, but this guy (Jason McIntyre) seems to think that our defense is trash.
  5. Doesn't make sense to only have 4 CBs on the roster. Maybe they are evaluating Worthy to determine if he is healthy or needs to be placed on IR (Cut Thornton if healthy). Then, Mabin or another CB will get re-signed following these moves.
  6. Bills are 10-7 in games he refereed. Only 2 of those wins were on the road.
  7. Good find. May be the coaches giving reps to guys that are "buying" in. The lack of reps may or may not motivate Dareus to play at a higher level. And then again, it could be a limitation of reps due to his hip issue that popped up on the injury report.
  8. Wow, just wow! Ruptured spleens, amputations, and contusion protocol.
  9. Maybe I secretly wished it was Collinsworth lol. Still can't stand that man, and now Michaels has joined that list as well.
  10. No, it was most definitely Collinsworth's bum a**. You can't mistaken that weasel voice anywhere. I can care less about our garbage players that they have, but what really irked me was how he would praise each (Pats) player like they were godly or something. The LT clearly held Dee Ford while he ripped inside on a passrush move, and Collinsworth praised him. He also praised the RT with his job on Houston, but Houston dropped back in coverage just about every play to rock any WR coming over on a crossing pattern. The dude is a straight bum! Can't stand him as a commentator.
  11. The Bills will have four different players that reach at least 12 catches in a single game this season. I have a feeling the ball will primarily be going to one guy each week. Lol P.S. None of those players eclipse 100 yds receiving
  12. Don't underestimate the Jets defense. Their offense may lack a few explosive players, but their defense should be pretty decent this year. I'd like to see the Bills play relentlessly along the line of scrimmage, and show that sense of urgency that McDermott has been preaching about. I want to see the secondary gain some confidence against a weaker passing attack, which will hopefully carry over into the season. And lastly, I'd like to see a lot of play action roll outs with TT taking full advantage of the option to either run or pass. All together, I want to see them win regardless of play, but hopefully without sloppy penalties. Super stoked! GO BILLS!!!
  13. Any time! I've got to stay positive, even when we suck I'll always look forward to the draft. Lol
  14. Absolutely beautiful, but needs a minor update: "With an offensive coach, always pushing for more I thought for a moment, lets get score after score More rapid than Jets, his warriors they came He whistled, and shouted, and called them by name 'Now T.T., Now Shady, Now Zay and Clay 'On Williams, On Darius, On Hyde and White To the top of your gameto the top of the league Lets crush the Jets, crush the Jets, crush the JetsAll!"
  15. Was born a Bills fan and will most certainly die one as well. I will still talk s*** while we are losing, and will always gloat when we win, no matter what. I do however, believe that they will not be a disaster this season. They will ride out the season with strong defensive play, decent special teams, and a strong running game. Hopefully their offensive game plan controls the clock and allows our defense to stay healthy and fresh. With TT back in there we should be able extend drives with his mobility. TT also, in my opinion, makes Shady a better runner with his ability to run himself. That is the main reason why Mike-G and all other backs paired with him have had decent success. Now don't get me wrong, Shady is damn good, but better with TT running the show. So glad football is back. Gonna be a long season, but hopefully better than worse. GO BILLS!!!
  16. Just looked this guy up. He might be a gem later on. I like his ball skills and willingness to tackle. McD and staff might be able to develop him into a decent contributor. Not sure how he performed during the preseason, but reports say he is a little stiff in coverage, and is too light to play SS. If he adds some weight and improves his hip movements we might have a solid ST / reserve SS in the future.
  17. That's the purpose, right? If a guy becomes injured than we have multiple guys to cover for ST duties. I'm not saying that I necessarily agree with their decision, just making a logical guess at what their thought process was. I'd prefer to have a guy with a closer skillset to Shady be the backup, and limit him on special teams play (primarily as a situational returner). But still, I'd like to have versatility with him as well.
  18. He was cut because he is a backup that sucks on special teams. McD' even talked about the third phase of the game, and how the other RBs that made it showed that versatility. No doubt the kid would have made a decent NFL backup this season, but I guess our new coaches want multi purposed players everywhere. Backup QB can play WR and ST Backup HBs can play either FB or ST Starting FB can play TE and ST All of our linemen can play multiple positions Our DE's have experience as rushing LBs Our DT's have experience as 3-4 DE's All of our LB's can play ST, and one has experience as a rusher Looks like most of our CBs can play in the slot Our safeties can play either slot or CB From top to bottom it looks like our coach and GM want interchangeable talent for all of the depth on their roster. Every backup has a dual purpose on this team, so it only makes sense that a backup without a second purpose was cut.
  19. This is so depressing 😔 I haven't checked, but I don't think any of them have played for the Bills longer than 5 seasons. 1. Drew Bledsoe (1st season) 2. Ryan Fitzpatrick 3. Tyrod Taylor 4. Doug Flutie 5. Kyle Orton (played like 6 games?)
  20. I have a feeling this will happen over the next three years. Not a single player from last season will be on the roster in 2020.
  21. Dude, he broke his tibia and fibia his first year. Then tore his ACL, then tore his MCL, and broke his ankle last year. Had three seasons out of eight that he played 16 games. Played in 104 not 109 of a possible 128 games. The dude is fragile man, injuries happen, but not like that. that is why we signed Groy to the tender, because he is an excellent option for when Wood goes down.
  22. Yeah, that could definitely be the case, but they brought in Jones for his speed which is far superior to Banyard. In my opinion, there is no room for 3 downhill type runners. Jones will almost never see a carry, but his speed as a gunner and sub returner could boost his value. I don't know why any team would risk two starters, and potential stars of their defense to return punts/kicks. the risk for injury is far too great. Having both Tate and Jones as special teams guys could make our special teams great. They add speed as gunners and have the versatility to return kicks and punts. Let the stars stay healthy and come in when we need a game changing return. Banyard would be a definite if we didn't have either Tolbert or J Williams.
