Speed: John Brown vs E Sanders
foreboding replied to ProcessTruster's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I suspect Gabe will TBH. Kid is a well-prepared gamer and rarely drops a ball, not to mention he has some serious "toe-drag-swag." -

I hope Dawson butterfingers has me crockpotting two crows by mid-season!! -
Bills open practice 9/1 and media
foreboding replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think it was because the media-at-large, and many of us, thought they would have to release some DL and WRs, which is where our depth was/is. In fact, they chose to go very heavy in those two areas and did not make any of those players available for other teams, with one exception, and Beane got a 6th for him. Doggone those stubby-handed RBs!! -

Really? I heard on "Movin' the Chains" that Haskins would have been a likely cut if Rudolph hadn't got hurt. That he is not picking up the offense well. -
Brandon Beanes Presser today…informative

Thinking our TEs might be blockers this year. I could see Gilliam getting some reps, unless Butterfingers gets better. -
John Brown requested a release from the Raiders
foreboding replied to CNY315's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would think he would much prefer that. There is a gulf sixed distance from the Raiders to having Mahommes as your QB, Reid as your coach and a legit shot at the dance. Yeah, I cannot imagine he's not getting several calls. -
Buffalo Bills 2021 practice squad players

Also a minor clarification: The minimum salary for a rookie this year is $660,000, so if a rookie is on the active roster for a week, he will receive a check worth $36,667. A veteran minimum, however will be based on his years in the league and the amount is progressively more depending on service. -

If Ben truly looks like he did a few years back, they could have a good season. I have little doubt we will see the best version of the Steelers in week 1. They want some revenge, we beat them (well) last year and they were banged up everywhere. It is a good early season test for both teams, by the mid-end of the year will Ben hold up? That said, Daboll will spread them out and let her fly. I think the Bills are going to come our red hot. Bills 34 - Steelers 17 -
This is probably the smartest post I've seen in this dicussion. People keep trying to pin blame based on medical professionals old (previous) comments. Science, knowledge, it evolves quickly in a scenario like this. Who cares what fauci or NFL medical people thought a year ago? They are studied and constantly up to speed, whereas the "internet" experts are fed by news trolls.

Sports Illustrated Predicts Every Game
foreboding replied to The Avenger's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeah, that is nuts unless Jones and Barkley have absurd seasons. I think Washington is the clear favorite because the Cowboys always blow it and Fitz + that defense with Riverboat Ron in charge, will play well. -

NE sure gets a ton of credit with BB in charge. We blew their doors off last year and this year, we will get swept?? Dumb. -
I wonder if all this Covid horse dung contributed. Change the narrative and focus of the players and the fans.

He is an AFC QB, is he not? Dismayed is not the word I would choose.

If we have to choose: McDermott or Daboll?
foreboding replied to Westside Madness's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We are being harsh? Perhaps not enough. What was Daboll before the Bills? Who hired Daboll? Who put the culture in place to turn this organization around? Who convinced Brandon Beane to come to Buffalo? Because we have a good OC is NOT a reason to consider dumping the leader and architect. I wouldn't trade McD for ANY coach right now. If pressed and I was forced to pick one, it would be Andy Reid. -

You seriously want to discuss the removal of our coach? No offense, but this topic ought be inline for worst of the year. McDermott is a respected leader of men, an instigator of great culture and happens to be the founding fella who restored our club to the cusp of greatness. -

How about McCarthy's absurd attempt at culture. "Mojo?!" He tried to be funny and inspiring. I was embarrassed for them all. -
Messi, who is ancient, just signed for 41m a year to play for his new "football" team.

This is awesome news. Maddy is nice and all, but Cynthia is a legit writer and journalist. I like Jenna as well. Welcome Cynthia!

Tasker & Brown don't know the cap rules
foreboding replied to Albany,n.y.'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Chris Brown and Steve are Ok. I enjoy their show, they are fun if not up to speed all the time. Then again, I do not view them as "Bills News" at all, I see them as "Bills Entertainment." I suspect they gave themselves the ability to sign him to longer terms in the future and convert salary to signing bonus. Josh is now a Buffalo lifer and will do whatever opens the dollars up as needed.
