  1. The only difference even worth mentioning between Taylor and Jackson is muted by the fact that Jackson is a rookie and Taylor was a veteran.
  2. It’s a prevailing myth, in the sense that it is a great falsehood, that accuracy from the pocket cannot be taught. It is absolutely a trainable psychomotor skill. Just do some research and you’ll see that this is the case. However, it is generally believe that passing accuracy on the run is more inherent. Josh can get way better with his accuracy from the pocket if he works on it which I am sure he will.
  3. Zay gets a mulligan for his rookie year because he had Tyrod the Terrible. Once Allen got his game going he did OK. He gets another year before final judgment
  4. There was more than enough talent on this team for kick coverage. It is not rocket science. It was, indeed, bad coaching.
  5. Yes! I have made this point several times in the past but you do it more succinctly . Thank you. It’s a sliding scale. Need, all other things considered, does, indeed, factor in ...in a significant way.
  6. I think this is a pretty good assessment of the situation. The wildcard is whether or not a wide receiver or offenseive lineman worthy of the number 10 pic is there.
  7. Not a classless move at all. In fact, now he won’t lose a night’s sleep waiting to have the boom lowered. Much ado.......
  8. Of course win! The mentality of the alternative just does not make sense to me. It is not rational. It is pie in the sky that going up a step might get us a player who will win the Super Bowl. This win was way more important than that for many reasons. The future looks so bright I’ve got to wear shades!
  9. Good point. I grew up in Niagara Falls in the 1960s. I remember one it took all of the ability of the army corps of engineers to stop the falls so they could do some work on it. Years later, Kyle did it all by himself. I will miss this guy. Dare I say, excuse me while I miss this guy
  10. I’m here by myself in my man cave, drinking a bourbon, applauding with some tears in my eyes as Kyle goes out. I would say “on top” in my opinion
  11. Cro-Magnon man is back! Got a whole integrated circuit’s worth of chips missing. Very stunted.
  12. This seems forgone. I think the larger question is what do they do about Tannehill?
  13. Agreed. The point is, other than our young quarterback, the offense needs totally to be revamped. We do not have any talent, either receivers, offense of line men and, quite frankly, running backs. But Josh is, in my opinion, one hell of a good starting point.
  14. Allen was the best player on the field for the Bills. His progress is more than noteworthy this year. Drafting another quarterback is pure folly and, quite honestly, a silly idea. And, give Edmunds this year.He has earned that. The main thing I get out of the OP is that you should have waited a day before making those points. Let the excessive emotionality of the loss wear off.
  15. No issues, whatsoever. The quarterback was the only good player on offense we had all day. Seriously, where is your football judgment? If you cannot see the bright future with this guy at this point, there is no hope for you. Unbelievable!!!!!!
  16. Once again I point out, stunted, chip missing, Cro-Magnon take
  17. It was not a “play off” offense to say the least. Please stop the revisionist history. Whether anyone wants to believe it or not we made the playoffs with some luck, coaching and some timely defense. All done in spite of the total loser of a quarterback last year.
  18. Sometimes it looks like Allen is the only functioning player on offense!
  19. The pass to Zay was a good one. He should have made the adjustment and caught it. That’s the game these days. You may want to get off that particular hill
  20. Just let the rule stand as it is. It is not harsh or overly punitive in anyway. It is fair, proper and helps simplify the game and takes pressure off the referees.
