This is where my confusion lies as well. On Thursday, he reminded me of watching Bass try to kick the first couple games of his rookie year. PAINFUL. We all know how Bass turned it around, so I'm hopeful that the coaches see something that we don't with Stevenson. He does look fast. But the timing of the switch is questionable. We are about to face the Pats with an 'always solid' special teams unit with a focus on punching at the ball. It's also a pivotal point in the season, where one play can mean alot (good and bad). I think this is a "Trust the Process" decision at this point.

I agree. It's important that we come out and take the lead early. Make them throw to try and beat you instead of having to play balanced against the run and pass. I think that Mac Jones struggles if we get an early lead.

Out for season must mean an injury. I can't see a coach telling someone that they're 'out for the season' due to a fumble.

I was very disappointed that we didn't draft a big DT or sign a quality free agent to be that guy. They can be had for relatively cheap in FA or you could go after a game changer like Vita Vea in the draft.

No, McKenzie plays small, which is a good thing in the slot and going in motion. I've always felt that punt returns would fit his strengths, but he's too small for the big collisions on kickoffs. Similar to Roscoe Parrish when he was returning punts, but they left Mcgee to Kickoff duty.

If they can't bring it around this game after the embarrassment on Sunday, they can pretty much pack it in for the year. Saints have a good run game, but the Bills better play with a really big chip if they don't want to just totally collapse.

I think Oliver pouts when he is forced to play in the middle and be disciplined in his gaps. But I don't think he plays with a lack of intensity for the most part. I think he likes to rush the passer and not be the guy who stands in the middle taking the double team. I think Butler is a pile, and needs to be shipped down the road ASAP. He's a big fat guy who isn't good at being a big fat guy.

This is right. We just played the #3 (preseason rank) CB tandem in Jones and Howard, so they are comfortable in cover 0. So we went to our 3rd option Beasley who torched them. Most teams don't have a #1 and #2 CB group like Miami does.
