So what's the offensive game plan?
Captain_Quint replied to Royale with Cheese's topic in The Stadium Wall
A mix of Beasley, Knox, Moss, and Singletary in the middle of the field to start off with. Run the ball, short seam routes, screens.....and then let that lead into play action to Diggs and Sanders (with the occasional Josh keeper when he sees fit). I don't think that this defense causes you to overthink the gameplan. -
So what is the Defensive Gameplan?

You float a poison cheeseburger to Andy Reids locker room before the game. He won't be able to resist it. -

Baldy effusive over Josh Allen

"Missed the stiff arm and he wants that back." I thought the same thing during the game. A good stiff arm there, and it might be the play of the week. -

That was the first time seeing that throw to Diggs in all22. That really was an amazing play by Josh (and Diggs) from start to finish. -

What was up with Beasley today?

Gabe had that TD pass hit his hands in the back of the endzone yesterday, but not much else. It was a fastball that I think surprised him. Would love to see more of him this week vs the #3 or #4 corner in KC. -

Yeah I agree. It's like they are going through a rebuild when they didn't really have to. -
Does Anyone watch ESPN morning shows anymore?
Captain_Quint replied to sistersarah's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I've stopped all pregame/post-game watching at all. Even the superbowl gets started about 30 mins later so I can fast forward some of it. Too much garbage from the talking heads. I come on here and watch clips after the games -
He struggled with Payne all game long.

Oline did well with Young and Sweat, and Dawkins handled his side beautifully all game (good to see him in game shape). Cody Ford vs Payne was a mismatch for Ford most of the game. Payne came free a number of times, but Josh stepped around him. Eventually Ford realized that all he really needed to do was let Payne run himself upfield and out of the play. Williams did this with Young as well, and Josh was able to step up into a clear pocket with those two guys behind him.

I think the oline stiffens for us, and the Washington dline continues their flaccid ways and continue to struggle. Bills by 3 TDs -
