  1. He keeps it real, that's for sure.
  2. He looks so different than last year. Really excited to see stats like this and the company that he's in. He's young and hungry, and seems to have taken some big strides this offseason.
  3. It's a bad look for a player who is trying to make a name for himself to go out and injure one of the stars of the league. This is how people like Jerry Hughes get blacklisted by NFL officials.
  4. Klein is 48th? Not bad...
  5. Williams looked bad yesterday. I think Ogbah just wore himself out running around Williams all game. And Ogbah isn't just a speed rusher, he just realized that he didn't even have to engage Williams to beat him yesterday. If you go back and watch, it's embarrassing. But I do agree that he is still getting in shape, and should be fine as long as he returns to 2020 form. He was rock solid last year.
  6. It was more about where he lined up and his presnap motion, than taking handoffs. He'd start in the backfield and go in motion, screens, and they would do alot off of that. It was a big part of their offense and it surprised me when he got here, that he has only been on the outside, without any variation.
  7. Diggs was a backfield regular in Minn. I'm surprised we haven't seen more of it here, to be honest.
  8. I think it started with this picture:
  9. I agree. He will almost definately emerge as their #1 as the season goes on. And it wouldn't surprise me to see Tre on Waddle Sunday if the coaches think he is the bigger threat (they would know better than me). I just think that in week 2, with Tua throwing the ball, it's safe enough to put Levi on him when we play man coverage.
  10. That's a big deal, I think. Now you put Tre on Parker and Levi on Waddel. Tre struggles more against the bigger WRs than smaller ones, but I feel like Parker is the bigger threat than Waddel in his 2nd NFL game.
  11. Yeah, but it wasn't just some jokes. It went on for years and Lorne told him to knock it off, but he kept going every week.
  12. I honestly think that the Steelers game was us shaking the cobwebs off, and getting our conditioning in order. I expect another sluggish game this week in Miami, in 90 degree heat/humidity. Then we have Tennessee and KC to worry about in weeks 4 and 5. All that said, I think we go on a hot streak again this season after the bye. We have too much talent on the field and too many talented coaches to not make that happen in what should be a banner year for us.
  13. Maybe they are sick of hearing about Star and want to sign someone they can use
  14. @Dunkirk Don Care to chime in on land purchases in or around Dunkirk? I heard most of the land has been gobbled up by investors.
  15. These two quotes are exactly what a sexual assault thread on TBD is all about. Well done, both of you!
  16. This would be awesome.
  17. I actually thought that Addison was being 'groomed' for a trade earlier in the preseason. There were a number of articles about his newfound leadership, and how he is in great shape, etc.
  18. See you down the road, ice. I love you.
  19. Yeah, it takes Bill Gates a few hours before he is fully acclimated to his new body.
  20. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/31869693/nfl-carry-flexible-roster-rules-2021%3fplatform=amp The rules include: -Expansion of practice squads to 16 players, including up to six who have more than two accrued seasons. -The ability to protect up to four practice squad players per week from being signed by other teams. -Elevation of up to two practice squad players to the active roster, without removing any current players, before 4 p.m. ET the day before a game. -Elevation of an additional practice squad player within 90 minutes before kickoff in the event of a late COVID-19 positive test result. -Players placed on injured reserve can return after three weeks, rather than six as in normal seasons. -Removal of the limit for how many players can be activated from injured reserve.
  21. You can still protect up to 4 per week on the PS this year again (I thought).
  22. I think we see an injury to someone, and they go on the designated return list for later in the year. Similar to Kroft last year or 2 years ago. Otherwise, I think Boogie goes to the practice squad this year.
