I wouldn't trade Epenesa now. Prior to this season beginning, I thought it was a possibility but his game appears to have risen. DE is a premium position and I would think Beane is considering re-signing him. Who knows if Miller returns to form, Floyd is on a 1yr deal as is Lawson. If the Bills can't re-sign Epenesa for whatever reason, he's likely to get a pretty big contract which could give the Bills a pretty good comp pick. I believe Beane will use whatever available cap space he has to re-sign guys. Probably no big name free agent signing.

Well, it's hard to argue against this.

Ramsey is a boundary corner and Kohou is more of a slot corner. It may not have made much difference but Kohou covered Diggs because Ramsey was out.

The Colts kicker had a great game. 4 of his FG's were 50+ yards including GW. -

Curious to know if Kincaid was running the right depth per the Bills. Bad route running or bad route design? Maybe a rookie playing his first game making rookie mistakes.

Got to flush the Jets game. Onto the Raiders. It's a long season. Gotta hope that EVERYONE saying Allen sucked has sunk in and he'll stop playing like a dumb *****. Only one person controls it and it's 17.

Do the Bills need a " Quarterback Whisperer?"

Allen ***** up last night and he owned it in the post game presser. So that box is checked. The Bills won't listen to the press. Allen has been here before. IIRC he had a terrible game against Pats at home 8n 2019 ? He was knocked out of the game with a concussion. Anyway he came back the next game and there was noticeable improvement in his game. -
Josh Allen since the KC win last season….22 TD’s and 16 INT’s.

I understand your point but folks are pointing back to the end of last season as well. Not just last night. Allen has not played particularly well in quite a few games now. -
I haven't listened to post game bs in years. I let their play do the talking.
-
All the above plus take care of the ball. He failed to be patient and smart.

Burrow did hurt his calf and missed most of the preseason. Maybe people are giving him a pass. Plus can you recall Burrow do some stupid things that Allen did tonight? Me neither -
The Bills offense is struggling in general the past half season or so. Nothing seems to come easy. Looks like opposing teams have figured out Dorsey's scheme and keep Allen from scrambling as much.
-
Allen's issues I believe are two fold. He's over confident in his abilities which lead to bad decisions, and he feels pressure to make a play because the offense is stalling. On the first interception, it looked like he easily could have run for a first down.
-
I'm trying to remember the last game Allen looked good. Not last night or the two playoff games. Too lazy to look it up.

Burrow missed a lot of the preseason which does matter. Their defense played pretty well. Burrow is 1 - 5 against the Brown's. Some teams just match up better.

I do enjoy watching 17 play! Some of his throws are just jaw dropping.

More like energy conservation for me. Looking forward to the season but know it's a long season. Much can happen between now and January. Trying to stay even keel regardless of what happens.

Thanks. I was watching red zone and they cut away to another game right as the announcing crew thought Chargers called timeout and not Miami.
-
True but Staley the head coach is a bigger dunce. Right before the interference call, Herbert slid in bounds on 3rd down with a moving game clock with 14 seconds. Instead of letting the game clock running down to 5 seconds before calling timeout, he called a TO with 14 seconds. Chargers kicked a FG and left time for Miami to score before half thanks to Jackson the other dunce.

He does have good football instincts. I also like his basketball experience. Some of the better TEs were former basketball players. Antonio Gates and Tony Gonzalez to name a couple.
