I don’t disagree with this. I guess my issue is people saying the D Line didn’t Pressure him. They did. I think letting him escape was the real issue, which I think is a different problem.
I think you guys are too hard on the D Line. They got pressure all night, just didn’t finish the job and get the sacks. Not ideal, but it’s not like Tua had all day to throw. He scrambled out of pressure numerous times.
I appreciate the wishful thinking, but that didn’t look like a slip. I would love to have him explain what happened, because he shanked that horrendously.
I think this explains some of the conservative play on O. Josh is going to let inferior teams beat themselves, just like Brady used to do. It has happened two games in a row.
