it’s been a while since I have thought much about kamara, as he was injured last year and sort of faded in fantasy. But looking at his career stats, I was stunned to see how much of his game is as a receiver. Not nearly as many rushing yards, but the guy was catching 80 passes per year for several years! The only RB I can think of that had a stretch like that was Marshall Faulk in his Rams years.

I actually think it makes sense to save play action until later games. Sort of lull the opponents even more, and make it more effective! I believe that’s sort of what we did last year, as I recall (ran a lot more PA later in the year).

In a weird way, I dislike the saints. When we were in the drought, they would basically sign every free agent out there and kick their cap obligations way down the road. I remember feeling particularly annoyed when they signed Jairus Byrd. well, after years of financial irresponsibility, the chickens have come home to roost. I will be glad to absolutely stomp these guys.

I wonder what the rationale for that rule is. Is the concern that it is almost like an onsides kick?

totally agree. That dude was a beast in college. Really surprising. If I had to guess, I think it’s mostly on him. I know he tried to bulk up to get stronger, but not sure that is the answer. I don’t get it.

Agree. I don’t get what is going on there. Watching this prime vision though, I don’t love the routes Harrison runs.

Especially for a crappy game like this, it’s perfect. Can watch the plays develop really nicely.

I agree with all of this. I definitely think the ravens are way better. Mahomes though is clutch, and the ravens seem to choke down the stretch. I am just picturing some late Mahomes magic.

Mahomes isn’t losing in a must-win game at home.

Was going to be hard enough to get the rookie in there. But forget about it now. He’s not playing this year.
