Agreed. AJE gets 6 sacks playing next to scrubs like Jefferson and Phillips on our line. He’s have like 15 on that eagles line. (I think sweat only ended up with 8 himself).

I can never keep track of any of these LAC receivers. They all look the exact same to me— lanky. Does he have some speed?

I love Benford. I actually loved him from the moment we picked him. But I don’t think he is in this same tier of player as Horn. Benford is an excellent zone defender and very competent in man. I would say Horn is your classic shut down man cover guy.

I think it makes sense for okay players to chase the money. They probably don’t have a huge shelf life And they need to maximize contract value. IMO, it makes no sense for elite stars to chase the money. They are going to be paid at a high rate regardless, and I think they need to be more concerned about their fit with the team (to maximize their performance), and the ability to win (to maximize their legacy).

Feels like this means they are going to roll with Russ again, and cut ties on fields.
