  1. Play call was great. Josh needed to hand that off to Ty. He would have scored.
  2. apparently they are going to let a ton of secondary grabbing go on, but call ticky tack stuff in the trenches.
  3. We have been in 1st and 20, 2nd and 15, etc. all game. This is really ridiculous.
  4. Is anyone else annoyed at these grounding no-calls on Maye? Very liberal construction of “receiver in the area” on two plays.
  5. D is playing great. Can’t get into any rhythm on O with these penalties.
  6. this had to be a lot more than cocaine. This dude must have been eating bath salts or something. This seems like some psychotic hallucinogenic experience.
  7. that is a bang bang play, when the runner is lunging like that. I wanted the eagles to lose, but you can’t call a late hit when a guy is lunging towards the first down and the defender is flying in there like that. Game is on the line and they are trying to stop him from getting a yard! I would be fuming if I were an eagles fan.
  8. No way! He is a runner and so hit to the head is fine. And it wasn’t late. He is trying to stop him from getting 1 yard and the player was lunging forward. Incredibly weak call there.
  9. I can’t believe they called a PF on the eagles there. That sort of decided the game.
  10. Love how the eagles are throwing today simply to keep AJ Brown happy.
  11. and I have him on my fantasy team….. doesn’t look as unstoppable without Lamar back there.
  12. always “interesting” to see Kurt warner’s breakdowns. I will say he does make some insightful points about how these receivers ought to be running their routes and what the right or better reads are. That said, I have always found his analyses to be overly critical of QBs. Eg, Maye completes a 30-yard strike to Diggs and Warner points out that the better read was a receiver on the other side of the field. Fair point. But it’s easy to second guess everything from a film breakdown.
  13. I am truly stunned at Aubrey. This guy was just a soccer player off the street basically, and has turned himself into possibly one of the greatest NFL kickers ever. Even his kickoffs are so pinpoint accurate, it’s absurd.
  14. he does make a good point! I will also say that I get how teams don’t want to ruin their investments and players don’t want to rush back and not be 100%. But the reality is for some players, if they don’t rush back and actually play, they are never going to find their footing in the league.
  15. I am not saying it’s a good or bad thing myself. it does sort of drive me nuts though in the NBA. You have some guys that seem like they just sit for years due to vague soft tissue injuries.
  16. I would target Raheem Mostert on the Raiders for a late round pick. Would love to have a wily old vet like that as a backup RB for the stretch.
  17. I am not loving many things about this. We aren’t going to have enough Dorians for this Sunday.
  18. I think Maye is pretty good. But that Joe Milton from last year was scary good in terms of his upside. I am just glad they traded him. I was worried he was lurking around and would figure out a way to surpass Maye.
  19. Imagine if this were like the 1990s or earlier? He would have strapped it on and been playing since week 1!
  20. oh, don’t worry. The Bills are known for their excellent special teams play.
  21. It’s nice to see a thread with 4 solid pages of absolutely no content. Keep up the good work, gents! 😃
  22. interesting what Tasker said. Makes me feel even more strongly about a rule banning diving attempts to block punts. Guys shouldn’t be allowed to leave their feet like that, especially when they don’t care about the penalty.
