the clock on KO doesn’t start till it’s touched my receiving team. A returner can fair catch a KO at the 5 and it goes to the 25. You need a squib kick off the ground in the field. i understand the intricate details of how schedule algorithms work. right now they know who teams home and road opponents are right now they are collecting scheduling conflicts such as MLB schedule where teams share stadiums or share the same lots. Some of these sre 1. Stadiums next to each other in seattle, KC, Baltimore, dallas. 2. stadiums that use same lots…Cincinnati. Pittsburgh. 3. events— houston has a Christmas shopping event a weekend between thanksgiving and mid December at facilities next to the stadium. Teams give their stadium for concerts, local and college football ( Florida-Georgia at jacksonville) or MLS teams share stadium ( Seattle). before the even run the algorithm …they set up national games schedule fir Thursday, Sunday, Monday, and certain games for 4:25. these are don first because it makes scheduling easier. If you look at historical national games scheduling there is a pattern… 1-6 divisional match ups from each division. divisional match up games within and between leagues positional matchups because of NY and LA shared stadiums…more games involving those teams will be put in Non Sunday spots.
