The Pegulas from my speculation had a 10 year plan to coordinate what they already have done and even more linking their Sabres, to the Bills, to everything else they have and will build in that area.

It’s a valid argument on the dome. My cousin, who is very well connected said non public information is there to build a retractable roof stadium in the 1st ward right near the Buffalo News office. The Pegulas are sitting out until the lease is up in 2022, while they behind the scenes are working hard on a public/private venture where they will contribute significantly, but needs the State to pony up a % of the dollars. As much as I love OP, and the infrastructure to get 75,000 people in and out. My concerned is will there be the space to do old fashioned tailgating, or are they going to try an increase food and beverage sales by the Pegulas which would suck. Well, if you live in Buffalo, man up and get you’re friends to buy as many tickets as possible.

I appreciate what you said and everything but the bitter part I agree. He is such a class act, and religious guy, he probably has praying all season for us to have this kind of season. Bitterness in my opinion is not in his DNA. Good call on this thread. I know he is probably the most beloved and popular player since the Kelly days.

Couldnt agree more Mannc. I said in another thread do everything possible to steal Cooper, but grab a TE, DT, and RB. Tha.t is what I want is a battering ram that compliments Singletary. We actually have some games at AMC theaters down here so went one to see the 49ers, Ravens game. Ingram was punishing the 49ers defense. Reminded me a lot of Alston down here 15-20 years ago. He never dodged defenders, he would drop a shoulder and run through them. Probably why he was the most popular guy on the team. Nice call.

Funny, as I as well went to the Bill Jax playoff game, and it was like Buffalo invaded Jacksonville. It was easy for me as I live in Tampa. The whole weekend was a drinking sport with all the Bills fans. I remember listening to WGR, and they said to go to Lot X. You would have thought we were in Orchard Park. I brought an an old friend I worked with from Jax. He had a Jax sweatshirt on, and fan after fan were calling him out, and I quickly said South Park Ave., St. Francis High School. Every time the guys quickly were really friendly and some even pat him on the back or shoulders. Pat has been to some crazy MN games as he grew up there, but he said he never saw fans like these. Yes, there were tables getting slammed, chugging that hollow bat, etc. The lower deck of the Stadium was a sea of Jax jerseys, but the upper deck was a complete red, white, and royal blue. I couldn’t believe there were at least 25, maybe 30,000 Bills fans. They had no home field advantage. I could see that in Houston, but would be tougher in KC, as they are rabid fans like us. Getting a ticket will be harder.

Scott, I like the way you think. I can only dream of a first round bye and having one or even two home games. The Bills mafia will be on fire.

Probably too too early to talk free agency and the draft, but FWIW, we have a shot at Cooper, and extend the important players. That’s it. Keep this team together. Drop Star, Kraft, and Murphy, and draft in no particular order TE, RB, and a DT, + Harrison Phillips will be back.

Well considering the Texans beat the Pats, and looked somewhat vulnerable, the explosive Chiefs offense can beat the Pats. It’s too bad it’s not in arrowhead, but they have won in Foxborough before.

My only disagreement is if you look at the Chiefs remaking schedule, they can beat the Pats possibly, and the other three look winnable. The Texans have the Titans twice and no way they sweep them so I think we start with the Texans, not the Chiefs. Just an opinion. When watching the Bills game I’m making sure if at 1 pm the Pats Chiefs are on where I go. If later it’s a moot point. Whoops,mchiefs are playing at 4pm so hopefully it’s on network tv so I don’t have to stay in a Bills bar for 8+ hrs.

Well, if he plays like he did against the Cowboys and the Ravens and Steelers game, people nationally will fall behind him. The on lock so far is Lamar. He’s caught the eye of everyone on the National stage unless he doesn’t make the SB as they always opt out.

Well GB, I was looking at you’re pre-season post and you predicted 12-4. Well even though a couple of misses on games, but no one can predict every game. You may get you’re wish as we’re on pace to possibly get there.

Well he went from 52.8% to 61.5% from 2018 and 2019. Nice improvement. His fumbles and INT’s have gone down from the first few games. We are starting to peak at the right time.

I love 1 pm games. We have a great Bills Backers bar down here so hitting church, breakfast, and gym and heading over fo my best seat is great. Literally everyone in the bar is a former Buffalonian. It’s great as it’ a sea of Bills jerseys and apparel. It makes for a fun Sunday afternoon.

You called it. 6-10 last year, repeated negative press on Allen and squeaking barely into the playoffs and before no playoff spots in 17 years. That’s it. Whoever said more next year is right. 9-3 now, and anywhere from 10-6, but more likely 11 or 12 wins and if a first round win will get them a couple of night games. Honestly, I’m up at 5 am for morning workout, dog, and love my day of work so I’m miserable the next day. We’ll get some 4 pm games next year as we’re playing 4 of 8 games out West with NFCW, and AFCW next year. Oh and probably at least one Sunday or MNF Games next year.

He doesn’t qualify by one year for the Senior club which is huge this year, which stinks as he definitely would have made one of those 20. I know he is the best non kicker ST player of all time, but not sure if that will get him in this year. I certainly want him to get in this year, but with 20 going in, I think he is a lot CJ for the senior committee this year if he at least gets to the top 15 this year.

Power rankings are fun to read, but doesn’t matter at the end of the day. I think they are in the right spot at 9th. Funny how they have a 10-1 Pats lower than a 9-2 Ravens, but they did beat the cheats.

You know even if we lose after hopefully our first win, but I’d much rather see KC or Baltimore in the SB, if not us. I’m so sick of seeing those guys in the SB, and the non-stop fawning of the media of the Pats. Their defense is impressive, but they look weaker on offense than in years past.
