Dalton to the Cowboys 1yr $7M per Schefter
machine gun kelly replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Jerrah just made it more difficult on Dak. I honestly don’t care. We just played them last year so who cares if either is there in three years? -
Happy 22nd Birthday Tremaine Edmunds
machine gun kelly replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Happy for TE. He should be something special, and so many young guys if we do it right will be here for a long time. Not just the current draft class, but Milano, Dawkins, Singletary, White, Knox, and so on. We should be good for quite some time. -
How Will the 2020-2021 Season Look?
machine gun kelly replied to Gugny's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Haplo, I tend to agree. I know people hate the idea of no fans in the seats, but seems likely given the governors will make the decision, not Trump, the NFL, or anyone else. It’s the whole states rights thing vs. the Feds. Now they are talking about having the NFL on Saturday’s and Sundays which should increase tv revenue. If the league is delayed the WAG is in October. I also agree, it is likely the players and all staff will be tested repeatedly, possibly daily to ensure the least disruption, and the NFLPA will have nothing to say about it as a health issue. I also concur the quarantine as much as possible makes sense to me. Lockers only six feet apart, trainers wearing masks and gloves, etc. -
E:60 Project 11 about Alex Smith - Must See TV
machine gun kelly replied to BisonMan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Bison, I typically thank people for sharing, but will have to wait until I can keep down water. OMG, poor guy. Forget football, I just hope for he and his family he will be ok, have a functioning life, and a long future with his wife and children. Im in medicine and that was disturbing to me. I’ve seen blood spurting from the body, destroyed stomachs, and so on. That was bad. God bless that medical staff. -
Bears decline 5th year option on Trubisky
machine gun kelly replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is a surprise to who? Even in his 12 win season he was average at best. I’m happy for people from Chicago for having two SB appearances and one win, but they’ve also faced a lot of adversity too. -
you are old! Just kidding.

Augie, you’re killing me.

Is Stidham any good?
machine gun kelly replied to Victory Formation's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Well when Stidham went in for Brady last year, BB pulled him after a few plays, and put Brady back in the game. What does that tell you? 1959, agreed on all you’re points. He’s definitely not tanking and to the OP, I don’t think NE’s draft was very good at all, but that’s me. For Miami, anyone can have an A draft when you’ve given away all of you’re talent, and have three first round picks. -
I agree. From will be a good back up, and you never know if the other two will make the practice squad. One observation is a lot of teams didn’t bundle picks because they would have more difficulty assessing UDFA so a lot of teams used all of their picks. I wouldn’t be surprised if the last two make the squad and they now have more players on the active roster at least for game day.

We have a great trio of WR’s, and Davis may turn out to be something special. I keep thinking of the Brandon Marshall interview where he said Davis who is 2nd all time in yards from UCF, when Marshall was 3rd overall. He was full of praise stating he was great at disguising his routes and thus can make an impact. Now granted he would be a 4th WR so not like he’ll be there on the field a lot, but UCF has developed into a very strong program here in FL. Most people know FL is one of the top 3 states in the country for youth football, hence why so many are put in Division 1 teams across the country. FSU, FL, and Miami doesn’t get them all, and over the last decade USF, and UCF have grown in their programs and entice some nice talent to stay in FL. This is going to be a great crew of WR’s. The real question is will Allen take the third year step and effectively manage to hit these guys.

Drafting Fromm and Bass shows foresight
machine gun kelly replied to racketmaster's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Fromm is not garbage. He has to work on his arm strength, but he makes good decisions when in college and throws with anticipation. Bass has a cannon for a leg, and I agree with the OP these were good forward thinking decisions. -
I certainly want you to be right. I really do.

Any Bills Cut candidates with trade value?
machine gun kelly replied to Dkollidas's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I doubt we’ll find a trade partner for our players, but I guess you never know. I wouldn’t want to let go Long, and Nsekhe go. If we could even get a 6th or 7th for Murphy would be great. -
How do you judge a team's offensive line?
machine gun kelly replied to BritBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The hard part with evaluating an O Line as many good opinions, like sacks, pressures, success in the run, but it’s hard to assess is it 5e O Line, or does Josh hold onto the ball too long? you almost have consider the release time for Allen when assessing a line. its hard to assess if the Pats had a decent line when Brady was getting rid of the ball in just over 2 seconds. -
Jags on line 2, and holding. I’d lay $ he ends up in one of those two places. He is a Pats type of QB, and Jay Gruden who was his Bengals OC is now OC for Jax.

Rodgers in GB ( old article)
machine gun kelly replied to stuvian's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Good points GB. I just expected them to go with another pick besides QB so high. They must feel they have a window where another position could have helped them compete for the NFC championship. -
Carruci: Bills not pursuing Cam Newton
machine gun kelly replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I’m happy Cam was never considered as a back up. He’s so beaten up, and would be a pain in the locker room. He also made for his inaccuracy, with his athleticism. Now that’s gone, and he does not want to back up Allen. We made a better choice taking the kid in the draft.
