I've been jury rigging this on my television for years by muting the center channel of my 5.1 speaker setup. I also have to turn down the bass to avoid muffled voices. It's not a perfect solution by any means, but it does silence the announcers while keeping the crowd noise intact.

I'm ashamed to say this show is one of my guilty pleasures. I have done a pretty good job at determining the winner during the auditions. Last year's winner Iam Tongi was actually quite easy.

I just got back from my 4th game of the season, and in every one he has exhibited composure and talent. He recently broke Case Keenum's all time NCAAF record for total touchdowns. CSM hasn't had a player drafted since 1940 (aside from a 9th round kicker in '75) so we're hoping someone will give him a shot

It really begs the question how much more progression he could make on the field in live action, vs. on the practice field. If it's not demonstrably significant, I'd rather he 'ramps up' on the practice field until he's really ready to contribute.

I really thought he would perform so much better in his contract year and we'd be sorry to see him go. That hasn't materialized in the slightest!
