  1. False - Simple gap discipline and not ever sending run blitzes is, in fact, the opposite of smoke and mirrors. And when teams run on the Bills (even including the Jets game), they run for 3.7 YPC against us. (regardless of being able to "pass at will" against us) The fallout against the Jets vs. the run came due to poor tackling and gap discipline, over and over.
  2. Now THAT is a funny reply to this considering the OP!
  3. Rooting for them both...
  4. Not talking check downs. And you don't get to qualify/ re-invent what over the middle is. Such is the take of just another lazy fan who makes your mind up on a player at first glance.
  5. He CONSTANTLY throws over the middle this season. Old argument.
  6. Seriously shut up with this thread.
  7. Tyrod, Shady, Holmes and Coach McD for his whole defensive scheme and approach.
  8. He's filling in during coverage situations for where Humber would normally be at times. It's not his thing. He's still good a rushing the passer and run stopping, along with special teams play.
  9. Well put. I'm quite pleased with his production considering he's probably taken 140 snaps or less as a 4-3 strong side end in the pros.
  10. I love you sometimes (in the appropriate way of course)
  11. lol - Glenn would play LT ... Dawkins swing Tackle It was someone elses idea anyway... let them respond To me, Glenn needs to be in the lineup if healthy. period
  12. Now that would at least make some sense.
  13. This is the weirdest thing from yesterday for sure. There's no way a healthy Cordy Glenn shouldn't be one of the 5 O-linemen on the field. Curious to see if we find out any more. Totally disagree with him not playing if healthy.
  14. Reilly must still be lacking in some aspect of his game. It's too bad, would love to get a look at him in a game.
  15. Zay needs to get it together fast
  16. Your whole problem (no I don't want to argue with you for 3 pages) is that you keep referencing yards passing per game. Attempts are decided by scheme, situation and coaches call. No Qb controls their # of attempts per game without it aligning with all that. Your approach would instantly force me to ask myself things like "how many would-be pass attempts turned into runs by TT? (sometimes these are 10-15 yard runs) and do those now count as pass attempts?" Then there's the Carson Wentz example - I'm gonna throw 50 passes and "achieve" 300 yds passing but only end up with 5.5 YPA. Oooooohhh wow impressive right? What you are trying to argue would reach a larger audience if you drop the passing yards per game having any meaning thing.
  17. If you watched SU football (I know, it's VERRRRYYY difficult these days) in 2015/2016 and you don't know who this guy is, I gotta think you're falling asleep after the kickoff. I was surprised he didn't go in the 6th or 7th round at least but maybe it's a route running issue. I recall drops but not a chronic drop problem.
  18. He dominated at Cuse
  19. It's YPA that is worth looking at.
  20. Big fan of O'Leary here. He makes plays when called upon of late. Started showing well part way through last season.
  21. Bills 7, Zebras 7, Broncos 3
  22. Lets all celebrate our latest crusader SaviorPeterman while he's still here! Here's to you buddy
