  1. It was comparing his patience to my own! lol
  2. The old Josh would have scored on that 30 yard scamper over the left guard. 😇😀
  3. Your patience is commendable
  4. The Bills O-line has become the most underrated part of the team in '24 (mostly among our fans). Not only the starters but they have good depth players there too. They're playing consistently well in both phases considering this is the NFL and there will always be SOME struggle. I watch the league (not just the Bills) more than a healthy amount, and they look like a top 2 or 3 line, and different than the ones from past years that was more a "made to look better than they are" line by QB1MVP (who is every bit of the best player in football). Lots of clean pockets, good push at the point of attack and able to open and sustain holes for the run-game in all but a couple outings. It's not cool to talk about the O-line any more, but they sure do matter every bit as much as they ever have. They allow the Bills to take a physical approach when needed, and they are talented enough to play well in a spread/ shootout situation just the same. These guys are crushing it out there.
  5. Is there a world with enough room where Johnson and Brady can both be really good coordinators? I'm pretty sure there is.
  6. Ed O alone had 10 qb pressures in the game including a sack ff
  7. This game was all Allen, plus Brady ( easily his best game as a coach), plus our absolutely dominant O line plus the running backs and their great hands. Beyond that the D pressured all day and got the few stops they needed. With mostly backups in the back end. Ed O with 10 qb pressures and a sack/ff was pretty helpful too Then Bass came through after an awful miss and sealed it essentially
  8. We just beat the F@&$!?&@ Lions in their place and these are your first postgame thoughts? Some people need to go back and wallow in the pits of misery they’ve dug for themselves for too long, too long to ever come out of. Just unreal. We got pressure today against the best o line besides ours in the game. We got 3 stops where we made them punt plus a turnover. All this with 3 out of 5 in the secondary being backups or rookies That’s how these games go when two explosive offenses get together. I’m floored by our own fans so often these days. it’s comical
  9. Exactly. This is the game today when great offenses get together
  10. What is wrong with people?
  11. How is this a thread?
  12. Doesn’t matter how average Hamlin and Rapp are. They’ve been in there getting reps all year in the scheme. The backups haven’t. It’s going to be very tough for them. Hopefully we can grab a turnover or two.
  13. Williams has improved the overreactions over the course of this season, showing that he’s developing. To me that’s a different thing than “ has no instincts”, which it looked like last season. Overall I hope MM shakes the rust but our floor is much much higher than last season there at the position.
  14. Ready. Here we go….
  15. Cody Ford is still in the NFL! At left tackle protecting Joe Burrow no less… Yikes Joe I almost feel for you, but nah
  16. F Aikman. Not a fan at all, and he’s the albatross around the neck of the worst announcing crew in football.
  17. I'd agree with all this except I do believe that Williams by mid year was playing better than MM currently is from an overall perspective. Hopefully MM finds it soon. If not, we do have a pretty good insurance policy in Williams at least, as compared to last year's options like Klein, etc.
  18. Agreed! On top of that, ZERO D linemen on ANY team in the league were going to look or grade out good in those conditions. It was explained many times over the entire course of the game broadcast (Yes I've now watched the entire broadcast after witnessing the game live, LMAO!).
  19. Definitely a fair number of Niner fans were there. A lot of season tix holders sold theirs off unfortunately. The vibe was great though and there were no issues with Niner fans in our section at least. Yes our seats were completely covered with snow but it was all good :). Not sure on the lot vibe because we had dinner before getting to OP, and basically arrived and took our mile walk directly into the stadium. The crowd wasn't nearly as loud as in the KC and MIA games but it was fine, all things considered. Overall the crowd seemed a bit more intoxicated and fatigued than usual, LOL, but it was a happy drunk for most of them.
  20. What a great game to be at! That's 3 classics back to back to back with the Dolphins win, the Chiefs win and the 49ers win. So glad and blessed to be there with my family and our Bills mafia family!
  21. The 58 yard gash was inexcusable (Damar come up too far and got easily beat to the edge) but outside of that, Taylor had 20 carries for only 56 yards. Pre-game I would have taken that bet. 2nd half run D was stout and then the 2 score lead helped entice them out of it.
  22. Taron Hollins Bass
  23. the lower roster churn will never get any team where they want to be
  24. Can we ever resist overreacting to the bottom of the roster churn? My goodness with some of these takes.
  25. in our scheme, he plays pretty well until he pulls a hammy or groin or calf so hopefully that's a couple weeks of production we can get.
